We're on our way to San Francisco and we got hungry at 12 PM and we stopped by the side of the freeway, we didn't expect too much, we did want the fries hot but it came lukewarm, and the burgers are a little bit wilted..... Service was great & the workers were happy but food was just mediocre.

I just saw a worker who was using his hands without gloves and when I told his other worker and he had gloves he touched his nose and continued to work on food with same gloves I left couldn’t stand there for another minute I left the food and didn’t want money back I got so disgusting to the point I will never eat out again very very bad

Walked in this morning the manager was so rude no good morning he had a stank face the whole time, why work in customer service if you dont have the skills for it. He was being rude to everyone that walked in. Never again

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and the inside of my egg was dark green like mold, never eating at jack in the box again
I had the Tri Tip and it was okay. The restaurant itself was more like a strip mall and not special. The sauce was nothing too special. Definitely not worth the money. The baked beans were like something out of a can and were served sparingly. It didn't feel like this place was trying to wow me into coming back. Your money is best spent elsewhere

The worst jack in the box I've ever been too. Food was terrible. I got sick after eating their food. I had chicken stripe and fries. Chicken stripe were old and over cook. Finished eating after two bites. Fries were cold. Never stopping here again on my travels.
