This place is… LEGIT !! Before I even tasted it my mouth was watering the second he handed me my plate. You can see the quality & freshness before you even taste it. They’re very kind and make it fresh but fast. Delicious Authentic Mexican food. They give complimentary bean tostadas & they hit the spot. The gesture makes the experience that much better. They’re super yummy & first time I’ve been given that with my order so it speaks to their hospitality & is very memorable. It’s a small town & not too many options so this was really a godsend. I lit up when I seen the truck & pulled over immediately. Also close to the freeway. I ate here 2 days in a row, & tomorrow will be 3 😂😉 my favorite is the suadero burrito & I would die for the quesabirria!!! I only ordered 1 to try, but tomorrow I’m getting alot before I head back home. I never tasted quesabirria THIS good 🤤 I’m not exaggerating. It’s now my favorite & there’s no competition even close. I can’t stop thinking about it. It will be my first stop tomorrow & I’m so sad I live hours away bc I want to try every menu item & I will forever crave their food now

Definitely worth the 5 minute detour off the 5 freeway! We got a pollo asado burrito and a carnitas burrito and they were both super tasty. Service was excellent. They had a lovely shaded outdoor eating area also, and are right next to a great coffee shop to get your caffeine fix too!

Sadly, they are not consistent with the food items. I went a couple of times to get tacos, and the first few times, the food was great. SO HAPPENS, that the day I have friends over, I order tacos de carnitas, tacos al pastor, and birrea taco. I spent close to 35.00 on tacos that were missing silandro and onions. The carnitas were overcooked, which means they were left over for a few days, I can tell when meat is kept in the fridge and cooked over and over.

Small taco de cabeza con todo, $2.50. You get some sliced cucumber a tostada smeared with refried beans & a "chile toreado", flash fried serrano pepper with each order/plate, when you eat there. Sorry, no pics...
They serve breakfast burritos, starting at 0700. 8.5/10. Wish they had tables or wider counter...Across from Pilot, in dirt patch corner...
