The LINES (both drive-thru & walk in) were SOOOO long AND SLOW moving we left & went to Arby's (which btw now has AMAZING chicken & beef burgers!)

Why the hell is this place so expensive? What do you mean you guys dont do pick up orders? What do you mean I can order a 12 piece in town for like 3-4$ but here its double the price.

The girl dressed in a blueish grey shirt was gossiping to another girl while I was standing there, saying things like I’m so annoyed by that… when I asked if we can order she automatically got snappy with me and kept saying things like hope you have a great day and when I told her that the conversation can end after she had already told me that the guy who was actually doing things was going to help me did not require for her to keep making comments. She claimed she was explaining something about work to another girl, but it look to me like gossiping while the male was doing everything in the front.

What poor costumer service and such an unprofessional person.

Don’t bothering using the app they won’t accept the order,pricing is double what the app shows that’s why they turn it off and won’t even accept any of the rewards or coupons on the app.

Wow, the food was fine, but more than twice the price of any other Wendy's! More than at the airport! The app wouldn't work. I guess because it has normal pricing.

Horrible customer service and not friendly or have smiles on their faces and they don’t greet you. When I was ready to order I asked about a menu item. No eye contact and she rambled ingredients. Also after I got my food I stood at the counter waiting for 5 minutes to ask for a fork manager finally came up to me and asked if I needed anything. Hellooooo I’m not standing here for my health

Worst service ever. Two ladies who dont care about anything especially thier jobs. I would fire them. Food came to the window cold for no reason. It took 15 minutes at the drive through. We won't go back.
