When we were told the Birria Pizza was a must have, we were excited to try it. The pizza was made with three layers of a large tortilla and two layers of oodles of meat with onions and cilantro sprinkled in. The final layer is cheese on the top. The guacamole we got on the side was a perfect topper. Beware...the red hot sauce was REALLY hot! We highly recommend trying the Birria Pizza.

Greasy stuff, not smoky and flame grilled over wood like you get in TJ. Soggy all around because of the excess grease, especially the vampiro which should be a nice toasted tortilla, a tostada.

Make sure to double check your order before leaving!!! My husband asked for a torta al pastor with EVERYTHING on it. Once he opened his torta there was NOTHING but meat!!! No salsa, no veggies, nothing just the meat and the bread.

Good food, but it's annoying AF when I drive way out there just to find out they decided not to be there that day.Update: Since they revamped their truck over a year ago and started posting their hours and days off on their website, it has become my favorite taco truck in the area by far.
