I ordered a Salted Caramel Latte hot this morning and I am wondering if is supposed to have a little sweetness to it. The one I received was bitter with no sweetness whatsoever or caramel flavor. Is this correct?

Such an amazing coffee place. The people are welcoming and super sweet. All my money goes here. They are pet friendly. They have sugar free drinks. Redbull and coffee. Literally anything you can think of. I highly recommend this place!

This is what sux! We literally saw the girl hand the car in front of us wrong drinks. The drink went in the customers car, then told the girl they were wrong. As we waited I told my brother watch them give us those drinks. The car gets handed their drinks and leave. We pull up & what did you know... she hands me the SAME drinks, but Slllowly as if she knew it was wrong to reserve those Since they actually made it in Another's customers car. My brother insisted we just go... but i paid n we took the drinks. She didn't even say what she handed us. 🤦🏻♂️ and it was just us2 cars! So how can you mess up that Bad!?!

I went here with my daughters boyfriend to get a drink from him since he was being generous, now I’m hardly the one to complain about things like this, but this was unacceptable, a girl named Chloe was serving us our drinks and didn’t even get our drinks right and when we tried to tell her, she got even more mad like if it was our fault, like maybe she should read carefully next time so that she don’t get our order wrong. Horrible customer service.
