I love Dutch Bros, but the past week it has been slacking. I don’t know if there’s new people, but every single order i’ve gotten is either wrong, or I receive the completely different order. I don’t know if it’s a miscommunication between the people taking orders and making the drinks, but i’ve never had such bad experiences until recently. I just want caramel all in my drink, and I every time i order it, there’s none there! This is my go to spot, please fix it here.

I don’t know what it is but Lemoore’s Dutch has lost their touch. Not only was I waiting for my drink for more than 20mins , My one drink btw. They suck at making beverages. My drink was less than half and I paid for a large drink. They don’t have the attitude like before now they are just rude and unpleasant. Whenever you order it’s like you are bothering them and they don’t want to be there. This is not my first bad experience at this location !!!!!!

Today we came and my car and 5 others came in and not more then 2 mins later we got out order. Watched 5 cars plus mone all drove away at the same time. It was sooo cool. You should have this amount of staff or this particular staff ALL the time. And tgere was a new dude. You guys are awesome!!!!
