So I went today to get 2 $5 gift cards and I didnt realize that they added a tip to my total for gift card purchase. It was $2 but think about it how many times this has happens. For me its the fact that they didnt ask just automatically applied it and all I bought was gift cards no drink nothings else.

I love Dutch bros and this Lemoore location got me through college so it holds a very special place in my heart. Usually, my drinks are made fast and are great. BUT the last couple times I’ve ordered ahead on the app, they WAIT to make the drink/s until I get there. I feel like that defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. 🙁

Idk but y’all gotta lock in and work on that. I love Dutch bros stop letting me down 💔

I ordered a Salted Caramel Latte hot this morning and I am wondering if is supposed to have a little sweetness to it. The one I received was bitter with no sweetness whatsoever or caramel flavor. Is this correct?
