They gave the wrong order and it was cold. It looks like it was sitting there for a long time. Bad customer service. Then the manager gave me a free meal after I complained and she had me wait for 1 hour to get it. Never going there again.

Every time I go here I get something basic like a chicken sandwich or something easy, and they can never get it right. Just asking for a slice of tomato off apparently breaks peoples brains in this small town. Got French toast sticks, they can’t even remember to put the syrup in and they have the nerve to give me attitude every time I go. Even if you order ahead and are smart you get attitude because apparently doing your job is burden now. Service is just way too garbage to ever even give it the time of day. Can’t believe people want minimum wage raised when these people can’t even follow basic 1+1+1+1+1-1=4 instructions.

This place tries to have their stuff together but they won't do anything to fix it. If you order drive thru you can be guaranteed to park in the waiting spots for at least 10 minutes for your food.

Tasty vittles! Used coupons. Very pleased. Jack In The Box is all that, and a bag of chips! My way of saying, "still good after all these years." They don't actually sell bags of chips.

How are you going to charge someone the same price for a meal with a soda and not have any soda. Yet still charge the same price as if you got a soda with your meal. This place is a joke. They either don't have your food ready or don't have everything on the menu and charge as if you received everything you ordered. I do understand that things run out, and that's fine. But don't charge the customer full price and only give them half their stuff, or charge them extra for a substitution in it's place. Very unhappy with this jack n the box.

I haven't been here in months because of the long wait and food being horrible. Well nothing has changed. There is also a woman there (manager) Sara who is disrespectful and seems to intimidate the employees. She needs leadership training and an attitude adjustment. Won't be back for anymore for sure!
