I've never had a bad experience with jack in the box until today I ordered a bacon ultimate and what I got is, whatever this is, it genuinely does not look appetizing whatsoever the cheese looks old the entire thing seems like its been just sitting for hours to get used on an order. I also have attached my actual order from jack today. Im hoping this is just a one off deal but this is ridiculous

Worst experience tried giving them another chance after so long and its just horrible they forgot half my online order the fries are over salted the food was already cold. They said i was lying about what was missing

Manager on duty at about 7-8am on 7/21 didn’t care to acknowledge customers and has also been rude with employees. I’ve seen her treat employees poorly around plenty of customers due to employee handing out an order to customer that was parked. Pretty sure it was bag that she handed customer. Overall, this manager has poor customer service and really bad ethic to even be considered a manager at this location. This is an older woman just putting this out there because I came across 2 woman this day.
