“Here is this my constructive review. I have been going to this smoothie shop since they opened their doors on MCAS. They are a welcome addition. The smoothies are not to unreasonably priced, and they offer good selection as well as a variety of mix ins that allow for even more possibilities. The service is usually pretty good with no complaints on my part, though I would ask for reward numbers more often if I were you. Here is the biggest downside I have found. Your working hours are really missing the mark. You operate on a marine corp base, but completely ignore the working hours of your biggest client. These marines are not able to straggle in at 0700 or 1600 to make it in time for a smoothie. They operate very early and leave even later sometimes. Many marines are at the gym at 0500 or even 0600 trying to get a good lift in. Those who like to post their workout will usually opt to work out after working hours between 1600 - 1800 is the next magic hour. What I crave after an intense workout is a protein packed, refreshing smoothie. But alas, one is never available when it is truly needed. I would seriously consider opening at 0600 and closing at 1800 to maximize your hitting all of your possible customers vs just those families or select few who can find time to make it. In addition to operating hours. Thus far I have found 4 separate occasions where you were either open almost 30mins after 0700 or closed 30 minutes before 1600. It's a really big let down to arrive at the posted time or reasonably before closing to try to snag a smoothie, just to find a locked door. If you fixed your operating hour issues in both time available and being on time for your availability that is posted, I believe you would be a 5 star business that would put Jamba juice to shame.“

“I just want to shout-out a worker from my visit today, I believe their name is Danny, but I apologize if I'm misremembering, it started with a D. I have autism and enjoy that this location has a tablet to order because it limits social interaction that can sometimes be challenging for me. The tablet was occupied when I walked into the store so the employee offered to help me, but I said I would wait for the tablet, they very politely adjusted their register to the self service so I could order. They were very kind the whole time and treated me the same as their other guests. I greatly appreciated this treatment and service especially after the long work day I had, I often come in for a smoothie as a way to treat myself. Thank you so much for the instant accommodation without question or judgement, it's unfortunately not very common.“
