Decent pizza for the price. Tried the food locker but my phone did not want to give me the code. The front desk guy was helpful with the order code so I could use the food locker to get the pizza i ordered. Glad to be able to get the pizza before the rush came in and everyone was picking up an order for the night. The new crazy puffs were good to get as an add on.

placed a pizza order 20 mins prior to pick up. got email saying it was ready. stepped in store 2 mins after email. pizza was GONE. employee asked other employs if it was given away. they all said no. it was 2 mins after my email saying it was ready .so either they gave it away without checking the qr codes or they took it for themselves to eat. employee tried to blame door dash people that come in the morning instead of taking accountability. this was at 2pm. offered no apology or anything to fix the issue. . nothing to do with door dash btw. placed the order online. guy was clearly not owing up to them messing up my order cause clearly someone took it and it wasn't me. he also tried saying people rip open their online portals and just take the pizzas sometimes. i asked why he doesn't stop them, he said nothing. offered no comp. when i bought the hot and ready pizza in place of my missing order, they forgot my marinara and i had to go back. still no apology.

Pizza portal saves time :)

I bought some wings from them today and I thought the wings were bare with no seasoning or anything. The manager told me that they don’t refund back for item. She have to refund the whole order. I never heard of the before and I was a manager for 6 years. I was like WOW

This is a great place to eat the food is delicious and it's also usually very quick. This is the type place you can rely on when you need a easy meal.

Customer service was great, but they got my order wrong 😑 I said no sauce on my pizza but they put sauce,I was too hungry to notice it had red sauce plus I waited about 20 minutes other then that it's great place they need more help

Showed up at 4:05 pm for my pizza that was supposed to be picked up at 331 and lady told my son we had to wait for new ones because we were 2 hours late for our order. You have to be dumb af to confuse 15 min with 2 hours. Someone that dumb should be making the pizza not taking orders she clearly cant do math. She told me "either way you are still late" when I corrected her I said either way it's not 2 hours.
