I bought some wings from them today and I thought the wings were bare with no seasoning or anything. The manager told me that they don’t refund back for item. She have to refund the whole order. I never heard of the before and I was a manager for 6 years. I was like WOW

Customer service was great, but they got my order wrong 😑 I said no sauce on my pizza but they put sauce,I was too hungry to notice it had red sauce plus I waited about 20 minutes other then that it's great place they need more help

Showed up at 4:05 pm for my pizza that was supposed to be picked up at 331 and lady told my son we had to wait for new ones because we were 2 hours late for our order. You have to be dumb af to confuse 15 min with 2 hours. Someone that dumb should be making the pizza not taking orders she clearly cant do math. She told me "either way you are still late" when I corrected her I said either way it's not 2 hours.

My pizza was supposed to be ready 20 min after the app told me to get it, and it wasn’t even sitting in a warmer spot it was sitting out getting cold, no money back or extras were given. If you want cold pizza this is for you

my pizza was not done right it was soggy when I got home it had hair in it, working arias not clean!staff need to wear hair nets & gloves! Need improvement!

Every time I order from this place, it's something different. They can't fit one pizza into the pizza portal, and leave it on the counter to get cold, they take 40 minutes sometimes for a single pizza, even after the app says it's done. Would not recommend

Got the “extra most bestest cheese” and it came with less cheese and more sauce than a regular cheese pizza. Almost 3$ for a side of marinara sauce… staff was nice and friendly but the food is a joke. Never really had an issue with Little Ceasers.
