Me and my older brother were trying to get some service This short little lady made us order on the kiosk and we did not come to order on the kiosk she walked out and act like she didn't see us and we went back in line to order on the front register and the same short lady she looked at us stupid and gave us a smirk took long to assist our order i will not be coming back to that place these employees need to be trained better and do their job right better yet they need to get their act in gear and be professional

You would think something so easy as taking someones order and getting them the correct item would be foolproof...Not for the employees at this location. This location over and over and over again cannot get simple orders correct. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired and the need to clean house and get a whole new management staff. The amount of incompetence this place shows is mind blowing. Im not sure who the owner is but they need to clean house.

Awful place to eat. I spent 14$ for soggy crispy chicken and half cooked fries. Place was dirty with no one attending the tables. I'm sure you got McDonald's at home.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. After receiving the wrong order, I politely asked for it to be corrected. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the employee demanded my receipt and immediately became argumentative. As I tried to explain, she cut me off, slammed the window shut mid-conversation, and walked away.
This behavior was uncalled for and incredibly rude. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this employee’s attitude showed a complete lack of respect for customers. Management should focus on improving customer service training to ensure a more professional and courteous experience. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Ordered a m&m McFlurry and it was mainly a Sundae! Barely any m&m on top and none mixed into it! Mainly paid an extra 3 dollars for like 10 m&m on top. I don’t know when they changed that or why but fr it’s so disappointing of you guys and especially cause this is the first time in forever I’ve gone and the ice cream machine was actually “working”. No wonder though it only took them like 2 seconds to make it.
