You would think something so easy as taking someones order and getting them the correct item would be foolproof...Not for the employees at this location. This location over and over and over again cannot get simple orders correct. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired and the need to clean house and get a whole new management staff. The amount of incompetence this place shows is mind blowing. Im not sure who the owner is but they need to clean house.

Awful place to eat. I spent 14$ for soggy crispy chicken and half cooked fries. Place was dirty with no one attending the tables. I'm sure you got McDonald's at home.

Review: Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. After receiving the wrong order, I politely asked for it to be corrected. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the employee demanded my receipt and immediately became argumentative. As I tried to explain, she cut me off, slammed the window shut mid-conversation, and walked away.
This behavior was uncalled for and incredibly rude. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this employee’s attitude showed a complete lack of respect for customers. Management should focus on improving customer service training to ensure a more professional and courteous experience. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I've been to this McDonald's four times this month and I'll say that you guys do a pretty good job with sanitation, greeting people at the counter, and I love that everyone at least smile and laugh when they work. I appreciate it.

Ordered a m&m McFlurry and it was mainly a Sundae! Barely any m&m on top and none mixed into it! Mainly paid an extra 3 dollars for like 10 m&m on top. I don’t know when they changed that or why but fr it’s so disappointing of you guys and especially cause this is the first time in forever I’ve gone and the ice cream machine was actually “working”. No wonder though it only took them like 2 seconds to make it.

I honestly never eat here I only come to this particular McDonald's to pick up my dad most of yu might know him bkuz he's pretty much always here at this McDonald's the staff always are so nice to him n don't kick him out or be rude so I like it here my dad is actually on the picture when Yu look through the photos lol 🤣 😂

I apologize for having to disclose the following. The $5 lunch bargain was changed to a $6 lunch deal. The greatest part was the fries. The chicken nuggets (if that's what they are) we're dry. The double cheese burger was bland, and the Orange Fanta coming from the soda fountain was not correctly mixed. I included ketchup and mustard. It served as a reminder of why I avoid McDonald's.

I work at fast food I know it takes time , but 35 plus minutes for 2 plain McDoubles 1 plain cheeseburger 1 medium fry and 1 plain big mac. Is pretty insane. So many people got there ordered when i placed it way before them and just to wait that long. Missed my lunch break. Burgers were some what warm one spot felt cold.

One of the worst McDonald's. Stopped to get my grandson pancakes. Service was terrible staff doesn't speak and my grandson couldn't use restroom because it was filthy. Their business isn't down because of priced. It's the service
