Don't waste your time the food's always cold and old

This is the worst McDonald's. Zero customer service skills. Zero maintenance skills. Zero quality of food. This place should be avoided like the plague. You can get a meal at the Burger Shack that is way less expensive, provides excellent customer service, higher quality ingredients, is way faster. They want your business and treat people like you want to be treated. If I could give zero stars I would.

This McDonald's food not like the picture sloppy!need better cashier attendant !they need to clean the place up staff members are rude!treat customers better Windows are dirty lobby was dirty and my orders were Not done right had to return it twice ! Bathrooms are dirty not clean!????

Drive way is extra steep, screwed up my front bumper, they mess up my order 6/10 times and the drive thru line is always extra long for no reason.

this locations drive thru is an absolute joke, i’ve seriously never been to such an awful mcdonalds. during busy hours you’ll be waiting for at least 20 minutes. what’s the point in having two speakers if only one is used, wouldn’t that be better time management to use two at a time??then half the time you think you’re finally going to get your food, they make you pull to the side, to wait for an indefinite amount of time. we’ve had to go inside because they forget about us. you would think the food would at least be decent quality since they take so long to make it, but every single time it tastes, looks, and feels like its been sitting there for 12 hours, then they slapped it in the microwave for 1 minute.clearly needs new management, sucks lemoore’s only mcdonalds is completely mediocre.

Food is usually very good, When you get people to actually take your order. When they are busy they completely disregard anyone in the lobby, people stand there for minutes without being greeted at all. I get it being busy but the attitudes and not having one person to even help take orders for the counters is outrageous.I went on 2-22-24 and there was about 3 families waiting for at least 10 minutes without even being greeted, not to mention it took us about 10 minutes before them to even pay since we used cash at the kiosk. Just constantly rude managers and workers.

Went all out this day I got a ton of chicken nuggets. I love there nuggets and when you got a lot of people they work very well to feed everyone. The service was very fast. Nuggets were hot and fresh. Ordered fries also nothing beatsmcdonald's

I went through drive thru and asked for fries to be fresh (cooked to order) paid went to the 2nd window handed my fries before it was handed to me i asked the worker if they were fresh he said yes checked right there and they were barely warm. When i asked the worker for a new fries had no problem went to get one left the window open and i heard their manager go they just came up with an attitude. The next fries was not only hot but tasted like it. This McDonald's when owned by gianola i worked for them 4 yrs new owner and they have dropped their standard. Managers there need to learn customer service this is only one incident

Wanted to shoutout three workers at this McDonald’s by the names of Teresa, Mrs Linda, and Jada. These were the only three workers working on Christmas Eve and were so quick and efficient with their orders. I got my burger perfect with only pickles and ketchup. I also forgot to order another McFlurry and came inside. The lady working had my order and my ice cream ready in less than a minute. What a great group working that night. Effective, quality-oriented, and quick! McDonalds needs to give those workers a raise or reward them some how! They got to understand the hard workers they have employed!
