I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had today at the McDonald’s drive-thru. The employee who assisted me was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. I could tell they genuinely cared about providing great customer service and made my visit so much more pleasant. It’s rare to come across such a positive attitude, and I’m grateful for the smooth, quick service. Keep up the great work—thank you for making my day a little better!

This McDonald's is convenient for those that live on Base, work, or have to conduct business at NAS Lemoore, that reason alone 5/5! However, the service here is 2/5. Most of the time that I've visited the service was so poor and the workers don't greet you or they look upset, a few times I've had the workers seem welcoming and appear to be in a good mood. As a former Fastfood worker, FF fatigue is real and I get it, but the uninviting energy seems to be consistent and almost across the board with the crew. There always seems to be something wrong with my food. The last time I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was hard, couldn't even eat it and i had already arrived home before I could bite into the sandwich. The bad service attitude seems to be somewhat common around this base between the NEX, Panda Express, the Comissary, Starbucks...are service members and their families really that difficult to serve?

Drive thru opens at 0500 arrived at 0545. Drive thru didn't open up till 0601. Workers were just sitting in the back smoking and joking.

The food here could be way better if the staff and team had a better standard to preserve and maintain the product they give to customers. It’s not good at all. I’ve tried to give it second and third chances but for some reason they always let me down. Sad that this is the only McDonald’s and burger joint near by. That’s probably why they have bad quality food because there’s no other competitors to compete with. Would give them a 1 star but they give a good amount of veggies and sauce so that counts for something.

This place is better than Memphis, lol. I'll just keep it short and simple. Great job. I'm here at least three times a week, and they've made sure that my food is ready and correct every time.

Customer service is subpar at best. There's only a select few who make the interaction pleasant and it's typically the more mature in age women. Napkins and ketchup should be automatic and is very appreciated.
