I love pho, I have ordered many places and this one takes the cake on the most flavorful broth I have ever had. I do wish that they served it with tripe, I love tripe in mine but the flavor really made up for it. The broth is so good, they keep the garnishments simple. Bean sprouts(crunchy and fresh),jalapeƱo slices (perfect amount of spice)I do wish they served more than five or so slices, a couple limes, and their rice noodles. The beef flank I think it was, it was good and fresh, thinly sliced. Now you are probably wonderingā¦ if it was so good why the 4 stars instead of 5? I also ordered the iced coffee with boba. I hate to say I wasnāt a big fan. It was very strong, lacked sweetness. More of a bitter coffee flavor. I also enjoy my boba a bit more on the firm and chewy and this boba had a great after taste but lacked the consistency that I like. All in all, I suggest to give it a try. My daughter loved the coffee and boba, so it may be something you end up loving. This was just my preference. Will be returning for the phoš

What a lovely surprise to discover this gem of a a Thai restaurant in Lemoore! I drive all the way from Visalia to enjoy the yellow curry and potstickers. The wait staff are super friendly and I love the welcoming, clean decor. Thank you Pad Thai Restaurant!

I have been coming here for 5+ years.
While there are a few Thai restaurants in the city that I live, I always make the 10-15 minute drive out to Pad Thai in Lemoore.
The staff are all very personable, friendly & kind.
Of note, Blessy has always greeted me with a smile & has been very kind to interact with. She goes above & beyond in providing great customer service.
Sarika, the owner, is also very nice. She makes it a point to go around the restaurant to make sure that everyone is having a great dining experience.
Lastly, the food is fantastic! I am vegetarian & they have several vegetarian dishes on the menu.
I cannot say enough positive things of Pad Thai.

it wasn't as good as it used to when they were at the old spot. Portions were good but everything tasted just too sweet for my liking including the Pad Thai noodles and yellow curry itself.
First time coming here and it did not disappoint!Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to talk us through the spice ratings which can differ from restaurant to restaurant. We did a 2 on the chicken pad Thai, and a 3 on the yellow curry with chicken. Both were so delicious with just the perfect amount of spice for our taste. Some might like it a little spicier, but I like just enough spice to give the food flavor and not overpower the dish.
The true test was the Pho though. My husband and kids are Pho snobs so we hardly ever venture outside our usual Pho place. When I asked my 11 year old howās the Pho she looked at me and said itās good! I tasted it myself: broth was perfect, noodles were perfect, meatballs were a little more squishy than we are used to. At our usual place, the meatballs are a lot more firm. But the flavor of the meatballs was really good. So overall, the Pho passed the test. They even have chicken nuggets and fries and it was perfect for our 2 year old/7 year old to share. Iād seen good reviews when looking this place up, but being that itās Thai food and we have picky eaters I wasnāt sure how it would go. I can honestly say that every single one of us enjoyed our food, and thatās not easy to accomplish when you have kids with you.
The restaurant itself appeared to be clean, neat, and orderly, so that was another plus. We would definitely come back if we ever happen to be Lemoore. Service was amazing, atmosphere was nice and clean. Food was 4 out of 5. Had the texture of the meatballs been a little more firm, it would be a 5 out of 5 on the food. Still though, highly recommend :)
