I used to love Tachi casino but after my last visit my chances of returning are 0% y family and I were treated as criminals only because we didn’t know about the under age policy. I believed for years that you are not allow to be inside the casino if you forgot your ID at home, but I didn’t know that we can’t even be inside our car 🚗 waiting for someone to bring my ID from home to the casino. Security officers knocked my window to tell me that I can be in the car or the parking lot. He makes me get out of the casino’s property including the parking lot. In addition, the security car followed my car to make sure I was out of the property. After I got my ID my family and I went back to the casino and the security treated us so rude when asked can you please explain me more about your policy because I don’t understand how kids are in the teachers parking lot, in the hotel parking lot and even inside the casino. He was so rude that I was forced to asked him for his name and worker number and he laughed at me and turned his back on me so so rude attitude. It was the most horrible experience that my family and I have to deal with

Wow they really changed things around. Feels more lively than before. The only complaints I have is some machines wouldn't take more than 700 dollars which is kind of frustrating when doing bigger bets. And the system being down for taxes on hand pays which is unacceptable for a 24hr casino. This place is way better than table mountain. Unfortunately not as good as Chukchansi though.
High limit room needs more slots too.

Went to take my boyfriend for birthday bingo to find out they changed up how they do birthday bingo and it's no longer free during the month of your birthday. Now you have to be a club member and earn points to get a voucher or coupon or something along that. Also, you can't have someone sitting with you if they aren't playing. After being told all of this I got a refund because it wasn't worth the disappointment. They need to be more clear on their website of these changes for birthday bingo and the reward system for club members instead of wasting time and gas for being told all of this in person. Probably will never go back after the experience we had!

Terrible perks and offers. I became a red card in less than 3 months and my free play is the same as a blue card. Not helpful nor do they seem to care at all about the players.

Taste is ok but they don’t give you much protein in the dishes. For instance the pork chow main only had what looks like salad topping bacon bits size pieces.The shrimp dish also only had a little shrimp. The Pho also not much protein. For the price they are charging you would think you would get bigger portions, or with more protein. We were not happy with these meals for the price we paid.

I’m Asian, I eat Pho all the time. It is not that great… it’s bland. And I do not taste or smell any Pho spices in the broth. It needs a little more seasoning, and they forgot about my order.

First time there and playing slots, but trying to redeem vouchers is rediculous. Their machines are not reading vouchers and forced to stand in line 3+ hrs to redeem. They should of told us at entry!

My husband and I, while taking a little road trip, stayed at Tachi Palace Casino Resort. And although I would NOT recommend the hotel. The one good thing we enjoyed there was our late lunch early dinner at Coyote Grille. My husband had shrimp scampi and I had their French dip sandwich. My French dip was loaded with tender sliced beef and melted cheese (they offer caramelized onion but I asked them to hold them on mine). It was served with crispy golden fries and plenty of au ju for dipping. My husband’s shrimp scampi was served in a nice size bowl/plate. It was creamy and had large shrimp all around the top. My husband liked it very much. Our server, Trinidad, was very friendly and hospitable. Excellent service. The prices were a bit on the high end but worth it. There was a good variety of choices. They offer Harris Ranch steaks and they were what was really pricey but non-steak entrees were more affordable. Based on the sliced beef on my French dip, though, I’m sure the steaks would be delicious. The restaurant itself was clean, well lit and comfortable.

I was very disappointed, there was 6 of us that went there 4 adults and 2 children age 9 and 10. The line was long to get in and moved very slow. it took 1 hour to get through the line, after getting through the line another 30 to 40 minutes before we would get a waitress. Once the waitress showed up we were given our drink and made out order. It took at least an hour for our food to arrive at the table, the kids were falling asleep and crying because they were hungry. My daughter and the other child finally got their burgers, my daughters burger was cold, hard, and burnt . she could not even eat it and just ate the fries. I ordered the french dip also cold, my friend had a steak that was luke warm. The children asked to give this place a 0 but that's not an option. In all fairness on Friday we went there for our Anniversary and the meals were great, but then on Saturday it was just horrible not for me but for all 6 of us, maybe our Anniversary was a lucky shot but I have no plans to go back there again.
