TLDR: NEVER ordering from here again. Extremely overpriced after increased fees, very slow delivery service despite small area of service, dishonest employees. I spent almost $60 for ONE large meat-lovers pizza with pan crust and ONE meat-lover’s melt PLUS tip, and delivery took nearly an hour and a half, AND I wasn’t even a mile away!
I was staying at a residence LESS THAN A MILE AWAY (from Pizza Hut) when I placed my delivery order online. I’d just completed a six hour road trip, had a craving for pizza, and was simply too exhausted to do anymore driving for the night.
After observing the delivery driver (via the Pizza Hut app) seemingly navigate their way aimlessly for nearly an hour throughout (the entirety of 8+ square miles of) the city of Lemoore before eventually returning to the store, I decided it was time to call for an update.
“Steve” answered with little enthusiasm and I gave him my order info. He wasn’t looking anything up because the problem was obvious - no pizza has been delivered after (paying nearly $60 and) waiting patiently for over an hour, yet his first question was, “so what exactly is the problem?” He sensed my frustration and advised that he would be placing me on hold to get a manager on the line “just in case” he said, whatever that means.
Anyway, first he told me that the driver informed him that no one answered the door (lie #1: because there were five adults present and wide awake at the delivery address).
Then he told me he would have the pizza remade and it would be delivered right away (lie #2: albeit delivered soon after our conversation, an hour and a half had already passed since I placed the order and the pizza was ice COLD. Awesome, cold $60 pizza. Inflation, delivery fees, tip, waited an hour and a half…for cold pizza?! Unbelievable.
Steve also stated that he would be giving a discount given my military service and as an offer of compensation for the delay. (Potentially Lie #3: because it has been a few days and there has been no adjustment in price or any kind of refund.)
Three strikes and you’re out. Steve never once apologized or expressed any concern for the pizza not being delivered. He tried to make it the delivery driver’s fault first. Then he attempted to make it seem like it was my fault because my phone number was wrong - even though the driver never called me on the second delivery attempt for THE SAME ADDRESS.
It was everyone’s fault but theirs, apparently. Fine. Just don’t lie about discounts or remaking a pizza when neither are true.

Football seasons back so I just pulled up to grab a couple pizzas for the game. The best deal the guy could offer me on pizzas was $18.99 for a large. He really didn’t seem to care about getting a sale. So I left and went to Dominoes right down the street. Got 3 pizzas for $26. Do yourself a favor and save your money on this spot. Funny because my brother was also about to stop and grab pizzas as well but I told him to go to Dominoes because the prices were ridiculous at Pizza Hut. I see why the parking lot was empty when I pulled up and Dominoes had a 45 minute wait. I had no problem sitting at Dominoes for 45 minutes with such a great deal. I would not be surprised how many sales yall are missing out on because your lack of deals. Hope to do business with you guys at some point in the future when the food is more affordable. The military discount can’t save yall from these prices.
It's a pizzahut. Not the greatest, not the worst. If you can get one of their buy-one-get-one it's worth it

If I could give this place a half star review I would. I ordered 2 pizzas and 5 bread sticks. All I got was a 2.5 oz container of sauce. When I asked for more they said that I would have to pay for more.. As if $65 wasnt enough. Word to the wise, save your money, go to little ceasars. Theres better service and atmosphere there anyways.

Selling me an old pizza at full price is kinda crazy is you ask me. Two times in a row I’ve ordered pizza from this place and I’ve gotten pizza that’s clearly made up of slices from different or leftover pizza. If you’re gonna do that at-least but a disclaimer or something.
I order from this Pizza Hut probably once a month and they have never gotten my order wrong. Staff is friendly and the food is ready for pickup or delivered on time, if not early. Seems like a very well run Pizza Hut.
Friendly service,Quick and the pizza feeds the beast..
Great all the way around.

Worker name Stephen did such a great job making sure my food was well prepared and fresh. He went beyond his way making my food better. He indeed needs a good raise!

Pasta meat pie was dry n overcooked... had to add spaghetti sauce. Cheese sticks was salty at random areas..
Employees are friendly and helpful. Place was fairly clean also.
I was expecting my order to be correct, but when I opened my box, my pizza was completely messed up. I asked for a original large pizza with stuffed crust and they made it a thin pizza and it was super hard to eat and I asked for pepperoni and it was just cheese. What's up with that? Ruined my appetite :( Is it that hard to read? Worst pizza hut ever, don't go here!!!!!
