I love the açaí bowls! BUT now the bowls are half the size for the same price!! If you have smaller bowls now, the price needs to drop too!! Not worth it! Smh I am forced to make my own now lol so thanks I guess that’s a good thing ! Oh! AND the customer service does NOT exist!!

Here is this my constructive review. I have been going to this smoothie shop since they opened their doors on MCAS. They are a welcome addition. The smoothies are not to unreasonably priced, and they offer good selection as well as a variety of mix ins that allow for even more possibilities. The service is usually pretty good with no complaints on my part, though I would ask for reward numbers more often if I were you. Here is the biggest downside I have found. Your working hours are really missing the mark. You operate on a marine corp base, but completely ignore the working hours of your biggest client. These marines are not able to straggle in at 0700 or 1600 to make it in time for a smoothie. They operate very early and leave even later sometimes. Many marines are at the gym at 0500 or even 0600 trying to get a good lift in. Those who like to post their workout will usually opt to work out after working hours between 1600 - 1800 is the next magic hour. What I crave after an intense workout is a protein packed, refreshing smoothie. But alas, one is never available when it is truly needed. I would seriously consider opening at 0600 and closing at 1800 to maximize your hitting all of your possible customers vs just those families or select few who can find time to make it. In addition to operating hours. Thus far I have found 4 separate occasions where you were either open almost 30mins after 0700 or closed 30 minutes before 1600. It's a really big let down to arrive at the posted time or reasonably before closing to try to snag a smoothie, just to find a locked door. If you fixed your operating hour issues in both time available and being on time for your availability that is posted, I believe you would be a 5 star business that would put Jamba juice to shame.

The smoothies are great. But recently got an açai bowl from here and almost $13 for pretty much one strawberry cut and barely 1/4th of a banana used and the bowl was not even half way. Where’s the fruit at and for small portion is crazy for the price I paid. Not worth it at all. Waste of money.

We showed up at 10:30 to get a free smoothie for the grand opening. We went in to order, nothing was free. Then they said the only free drink was the twiggy, which was not mentioned on the sign. They were setting up the “grand” opening, yet the store was open before that… How do you do a grand opening after you have opened? Also free gifts for the first 50 customers, yet they were going to do that an hour after they already opened. Horrible service and smoothies. Don’t bother

I saw the review post about the foil in the smoothies, we have not experienced that, we've been getting smoothies every morning for the last week we've been temporarily at the base. The ladies working there are pleasant, smoothies have been really good, and the price is reasonable.

DO NOT EAT/DRINK ANYTHING FROM HERE!! As if the food wasn’t burnt enough, now they are blending smoothies with the foil from whatever ingredients they use. This is the third instance in a month from my experience. I don’t know what swallowing foil does to your insides but I can’t imagine it’s healthy.
