I'm not going to lie upon arriving I honestly thought I was going to get the worst service ever for two reasons the drive-thru was full the parking lot was full when I went into the establishment was basically full not only that there was only two people working there throughout the whole time I was there one guy working a backline and one lady working the front line and drive through now let me tell you they were busy I'm talking about busy I can tell by simply just looking at them the way they were working extremely hard but above all when it came my time to order the lady was extremely kind and politeful not only that I absolutely got the best customer service the food delicious even though it was only one person working there the food was extremely delicious just perfect not only that not one thing in my order was missing which to me was surprising due to the fact that they were extremely busy I want to say I was 110% satisfied I definitely recommend this Popeyes truly will be going back better than any McDonald's Taco Bell or KFC specially way better than KFC

So first there are signs all over for the shrimp and surf and turn items along with fried pickles but they have none of that!! Signs need to be taken down! So I went with the popcorn shrimp meal with two pies $20!! And the popcorn shrimp were so old and dry it was like eating flour coated ROCKS!!! no shrimp flavor at all I couldn’t even eat them they were so hard! And I know popcorn shrimp is small but these were crumbles at the bottom of a bag over cooked! And when I ask for sauce can they at least act like they aren’t absolutely miserable working there! The only good thing was the pies but next time I’m gonna go to McDonald’s I’m not paying $20 for some hard flavorless rocks!!

The workers here are constantly rude, they have terrible customer service skills. I understand that fast food can be hard. Customers can be tough, and hours on your feet can make your body hurt. But you knew what you were signing up for. Do you really think your snobby attitudes will help anything? Also, the Lemoore location has served very undercooked chicken quite a few times. Might want to re-train those employees.

Just moved into town and figured i use the app to order food here and my food didn't even get put down until I got to the location. I used the app thinking I would get my food faster and without waiting and that wasn't the case. I didnt even get a sorry here's a drink for the wait or anything. The guy who was tryin to do drive Thru and front I don't blame. If I go back I would just go way before my family is hungry and be able to have time to wait instead of thinking I would get fast services. Definitely a lesson learned

Today wasn’t it I asked for the 1699 bonus wing special and my wings were dry and hard as hell and my son threw the biggest tantrum because he was hungry and that’s what he wanted. Other than that. The mash and gravy was great. Mac & cheese was great. Chips were on the old side. Could’ve been fresher called the store or the restaurant five times no answer

BBQ wings.... It's just regular chicken legs with a drizzle of BBQ sauce... Such an insulting experience.

Very disrespectful and rude staff

I came in crying because I was lost. I drove from San Luis Obispo without service on my phone and the girls thar work here in Lemoore were very nice and understanding. Thank you for your kindness!

Although the food was good, I came back another day just to eat again, but I felt uncomfortable that probably 2 of the coworkers were watching and judging me, and even the first time I came I waited 15-20 minutes just for a spicy sandwich combo all because she forgot to take my order, some of the workers make me uncomfortable if I'm being honest.
