Placed an order tonight for dinner that cost me over $60 then I waited an hour and a half for it to be delivered which is fine they get busy but then I open my food to eat and my calzone is completely raw. Tried to call the restaurant several times with it not being answered. This restaurant needs to do better especially being one of few options for food on base.

The food here is honestly terrible. Most of the options are bland and unappetizing I can only bring myself to eat from the salad bar. Definitely not worth it if you’re expecting decent meals.

Spuds requires you to wear the uniform of the day to take food carry out. This is like McDonald's requiring you to wear your uniform to order through the drive thru. Management needs to get their stuff together and realize they aren't in charge of the military. I didn't serve my country to be told by a civilian employee what I have ti wear to get food.

Ordered two pizzas and fries. The fries were cold and soggy, very disappointing. I ordered one regular crust, and one thin crust. However there is zero difference between these two crusts. They shouldn't give the option of thin crust if they don't know how to make it.

Vegetarian options: All the fresh salad ingredients, along with several hot vegan or vegetarian options.

This is the absolute last place I want to eat at, yet its the only place that delivers on base. I order on dine on the go just to avoid talking to the staff who has the absolute worst customer service. The only issue is, when I order on DOTG, they dont offer alot of toppings (spinach, extra sauce, among a few other things). When you type in the comments what you would like, it doesnt make a difference because they didnt get their extra $2 for whatever (even though its not available). Theyre more worried about what events they can sponsor and not how they can make themselves better for people who are actually ordering from them.
