Worst customer service I never going back.I went to no rush time.It took my coffee 25mins.I had patience not bother them but it was ridiculous i had aske them.end up with my coffee cup was not supposed to be place someone put forgot it.Nobody care I was stood there waiting my order I was alone!!

1 for being remodeled it's so small there's not much sitting also customer service staff was rude and staff members are very slow to put out the order took me 15 minutes to get a frappuccino place was dirty filthy bathroom for dirt tables were not clean need to do improvement here!

Waited in line for 30 minutes only for them to mess up my drink. What a joke.
I don't come to this location often. However, The times that I have stopped by(which have been enough), my drinks have tasted pretty consistent and food items that I have gotten were pretty good. The atmosphere isn't bad, but the parking lot in which SB is in, can get a little congested because they do share the lot with other businesses and it isn't that spacious. Inside of the store appeared to be clean, the bathroom was pretty clean. The Barista's are for the most part really nice, I think I've had 2 that were kinda meh :/, but other than that, this isn't a bad location for being the only SB in town. In my honest opinion, this SB beats any SB in Handford!

Line is always so long, they take really long for simple orders, they never get my order right everytime I go, customer service is rude, they act like they’re forced to work there, if you want a better experience drive 10 mins extra to a hanford Starbucks…
