Out of cold brew every week. Now they aren't even telling us and just serving regular coffee, multiple occasions when we order cold brew as if we can't tell the difference. The drive thru is dirty and full of litter, drive thru window and counter always filthy. Expect a long wait even if you order ahead.. This is the worst Starbucks. I'd rather just drive to a hanford location.

This Starbucks is always incredibly slow and I've found that consistently they make my drink wrong compared to all the other Starbucks I've been to. Definitely don't recommend this location.

I prefer drive thru but am accident happened with the lid not being on tight and spilled in my cup holder- I've since not been able to order for drive thru😢😢😢

Waited over 30min for 6 drinks. 3 of which were black teas the rest were regular coffee options with no alternations. Most of the wait there was only a couple people in the lobby. Staff moved very slow and name callouts were very quiet. Was not advised of any sort of extended wait. We averaged a 8-10min wait per drink.
Horrible my drink never taste right they are always in a rush to make drinks!
