I love the way the modern design look with the big windows which makes a great space to chill with your coffee, food, snack, and family. The workers there are always nice and provide us everything we need to keep us satisfied. The drinks are made so well and I would gladly come again, which I always do.

My friend and I are regulars here and love to have talk sessions for hours and not once have we felt the baristas were listening in even though we talked loud enough for them to hear in case they’re curious. Nope they’re very respectful

The lobby is pretty clean, except there seems to always be boxes in one area of the store, like always! And this not make the environment very inviting being that seating space is kind of limited. But I don't really mind it because I get my drink and leave. Staff, hmmm....hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get a barista that is helpful and at other times the barista may have the attitude as if they do not want to there. One thing I did notice and this has been pretty consistent, is that my drink is always made wrong or my order is messed up and the manager is the one who usually makes my drinks. Lastly, I feel like telling your coworker/employee to take their break in front of customers is kinda unprofessional. I do like that there is a starbucks on base and that they open pretty early.

The place is clean, the food is just average. Nothing amazing, but don’t get me started on the staff. Just had so much attitude, ordered three drinks with my daughter today and she gave me a look as if I was overweight. Worst part, she was obese! What a joke.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade for my 2 year old and when I asked if I could get a straw for her drink she told me should no that she could only give me the one for the Frappuccino, so I had a screaming toddler on the way home crying for her drink.

I usually go out in town to for my Starbucks, because every single time I come here it’s an issue. Today Alexia gave me attitude about my order, I told her it’s supposed to have extra caramel and her reply was “it does you can just barley see it” I order the same drink every single time and if anyone ever forgets the caramel they usually just fix it, apology and move on… might want to also reconsider your attitude and approach for a future customer. Meanwhile I’ll continue to go to town for my orders.

Place can be a real hit or miss. Usually they are on point and the drinks are good but here recently I've been having more and more issues with the quality of drinks or the servers. The server can either be really nice and helpful or the complete opposite where it seems like your bothering them. My most recent visit I waited 10 min I'm the front because all of the workers were on the back talking. The only reason one even came out is because she saw me through the glass eventually. It's what you would expect from a base Starbucks.
More often than not this location has been lacking in customer service lately. Last week when they forgot my whipped cream the barista simply took off the flat lid sprayed some whipped cream and then put the same lid back on flooding the lid and cup itself with coffee making a mess even though they weren't out of the domed lids. Today I'd received a coffee, different barista and about 2/3rds of the way through my drink I got a hair in my mouth through the straw. I tried calling just to give them a heads up, but the phone goes straight to voicemail and the inbox is full.

Despite ordering a hot chocolate they keep giving me a mocha. ? Coffee taste extremely bitter to me and it's annoying everytime to get past the foam and be overwhelmed with bitterness when it's suppose to be sweet. Go to the Starbucks in town.
