Frequently come here as its convenient by during the later nights, always fast and good. Eliza (i probably mispelled, im sorry) is always so professional and friendly every time we come and order!!! Definitely needs recognition for that!

The driver said it took Taco Bell a long time to make the order. My freeze was half melted and all the food was cold. Taco Bell in Lemoore on Lemmore Ave is the worst place to order food. For the employees making $20.00 it’s not worth it at all. I won’t order there ever again!!

It's a normal Tacobell, food is normal, seating, parking, etc is normal. The people are super chill though, had a great conversation with the drivethrough people and for that reason I'll be happy to go back

I ordered the cantina quesadilla without sauce and they not only put sauce but left out the chips and cheese that comes with it AND didn’t bother cutting my quesadilla. Always double check your food before driving off
So I ordered 2 breakfast crunch wrap combos with drinks. I should have checked everything when I got it, but I assumed I had everything because i got the drinks. Went home and was missing the Cinnabon delights. Called and they said come back and we'll give them to you. Went back, got a bag and went home, once again assuming I got the right stuff. Nope! I got the cinnamon twists. I would understand if it was busy, but sunday morning at 10 am, I was the only car in the drive thru. So there really wasn't any excuse for it. I would highly avoid this location due to the fact that they were given 2 chances to get it right and they failed when they weren't busy. For any manager from this location reading this, I paid for a product that I was not given. Lack for attention to detail and knowledge to the products you are selling is bad for business.

The last couple of months the speaker volume at the drive-thru is so low people almost can't hear them. I've advised them three different times and it's still broken. Tonight I told the girl that to drive through window that she was barely audible and she said there's nothing they can do about it. I suggested to her that if she reported it to the owner they could fix it. She replied, you would think that, but they'll do it in 5 or 6 months or whenever they get around to it.
This is no way to run a business and it sure affects your order accuracy. Why make your customers put their head out the window and strain to hear your employee when they speak?
I then took the time out of my day to call the 800 number for Taco Bell, however they want me to call back, WHEN IT IS CONVENIENT FOR THEM, rather than speak with me when I call. Way to go Taco Bell... top notch customer service!
