I love the food here don’t get me wrong, as a former cook, waitress & cashier, you should always help the customer with a smile and nice manners, even if you’re having a shitty day.! Remember the customer is always right!! Dude I love my extra salsa and lemons with my food. They get mad because I asked for more come on. You’re a restaurant. I have noticed that when that guy is back there in the restaurant the customer service is better than when he’s not around. And he’s not always there I like how he takes my order and serves it to us. I don’t know his name but I can recognize him if I see him in there. Please talk to your employees I know better than anybody how hard it is to work in the kitchen but still you always have to treat the customers with kindness and respect all times!!!

P.S. I have been avoiding that place since then having to find other Mexican restaurants around me.

Thank you hopefully this improves there customer service.

Went for the first time I asked the cashier if the chilaquiles plate came with vegetables she didn’t even answer me anyways they gave me a plate with lots of cooked vegetables and almost no tortilla beans and rice were good , but I just hate my chilaquiles with onion and cilantro and it was full of it

I got the wet burrito with asada and it was delicious! I haven't had a bad meal from this place ever. Staff are really nice as well.

Love this place but hate how long they take to answer a phone or to take an order over the phone. Busy or not.

Very fatty asada. I have gone here consistently for about 2 years and have noticed a huge decline in quality as well as a spike in prices just recently.

I just ordered carne asada burrito today, it was not good as it used to be. The meat is so dryand chewy no flavir atvall, im very dissapointed.

We've eaten here several times. No issues with staff, etc. My only thing is the Asada can be a little tough every time we go late. But that's it.

They have quite an extensive menu, can be a bit confusing by the layout. I like their special for each day of the week. My “go to” meals are the chilli verde burritos and breakfast burritos. They’re on par with the others around Lemoore. I suggest getting the wet burrito. I tried the chicken and beef enchiladas. They were so so, was expecting a more baked version on one.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are two handicapped spots right front and center of the store ?. Sometimes a banana head without a placard parks there for a “quick” in and out. Inconsiderate yahoo ?. Not the restaurant’s fault.

Upon entry my mother and I weren’t greeted. When it came to ordering a simple water with lemon for my mother (she cannot drink soda due to her HBS) the woman at the register told me they don’t have that here and pointed next door. I looked at her puzzled and just asked for a plain water then. Which she forgot to give me after I finished paying for our order. Once we grabbed our food my mom had to return her plate because it was cold and when I got my plate (quesadillas) they served it to me with two cut lemons on the side. So they do in fact have lemons here they just refused to put it in a water cup for us. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier. Also, the horchata I ordered I had to throw out after a few sips due to it tasting spoiled. My quesadilla was delicious and my mom enjoyed her enchiladas once they were heated up to an appropriate temperature.
