Anyone that reads my reviews know that one of my OCD things is clearly how clean a restaurant is. So this A&W restaurant is very clean. The staff is extremely warm and friendly and very attentive to their customers. My Uncle and Aunt take my Mom and myself for the Papa burger special every Tuesday. They know the exact. Anyway we really enjoy our lunch get together every Tuesday. If you decide to come for one of their Papa Burger Specials I don't think you'll be disappointed. Can't miss us so be sure to say hi!

I Am not going to make a complaint, I just ask that more detailed attention is focused on when orders are made, 4 mistakes were made with my order but i settled instead of making a big deal out of it....Hope to have a better experience next time.

I tried A&W for lunch the other day. First time I had been to an A&W in a very long time. Maybe I am expecting too much from this type of food, but I was a little disappointed. Certainly not as good as I remember.My order consisted of a Coney Dog with French Fries and a Cheese Coney Dog and Onion Rings ... along with a Root Beer. The best parts of my meal were the Onion Rings and the soda.The hot dogs were very small for the bun size (which was not that large) and the meat lacked flavor or character. The cheese was runny and again, lacked flavor. I will not be returning soon.

Excellent customer service, the girl at the Drive thru was very friendly and thoughtful, my food was hot and freshly made, everything was great except.... no ice cream... They were closing in 30 mins and cleaning the machine. Boo. I really really wanted that Reese's Polar Swirl... Other than that, good job. ???

Ordered a 8pc family meal, went home and started eating. the chicken breast was raw near the center! Picture don’t do it justice ! Poor service.

Apparently they decided to close early, the person working took my order then never answered me again and turned the light off. Extremely rude. They could of just said they were closed NBD but taking my order just to do that? Okay...

My here was definitely mediocre the lady in the drive threw Daisy,C was nice and took my order but the new Burger Combo with Jalapeños and Spicy sauce and Onion rings they weren't ready so I had to wait in the "Your order isn't ready yet" parking spaces.. Guy brings out my order it's a box of semi under cooked onion rings, and the burger.Well I looked at the "You gonna wanna try this!" Photo and it shows Spicy sauce to dip the onion rings in and even says it on the receipt but there isn't any served with the combo and it's very clear in the photo..Guy #2 comes to the door because the Lobby is closed and says it doesn't come with it but I say look at the photo.. he really didn't care.Well let's just say this will be another situation where good money spent doesn't get meet with the photo displayed.Thank you Daisy for doing your part but the other crew members sorry you get a fail, no sauce or napkins with my order..
It says online that they’re open until 12am, get off work, drive 40 minutes to get some cheese curds, and they’re closed. It wasn’t even 10pm yet which is what the little sticker said on the drive thru window. Update your online hours and at least stay open until the time on your windows

I got a precooked cheeseburger. I got a hot dog that must have been hanging around all day..... on and off the grill. One tablespoon of Chili on my hot dog. So bad I spit it out. French fries over LOADED with salt. I wish that I have exaggerated........ Omg......do you really call this food? Do not go to this place........ More food was ordered on this order.... it's not even worth it to tell you that this place is not worth your time or money. How sick it is.....to be served a hot dog that's been hanging around...Lincoln, California . How about a pre-cooked burger?????? Unreal to serve Such crap.

Had written KFC off years ago. Poor service, bad food, etc. THIS LOCATION HAS CHANGED! 3 times since the pandemic we have gotten food here. All 3 times the service was fast, courteous and well trained, the food was great. Thw chicken was moist and perfectly cooked. The slaw was great as well. We will return..

I went through the drive up and it took 42 minutes to get my food. Never again. I could have driven into Roseville KFC

This kfc is the worst I've ever been too! If they are going to close at 9:00 then make the hours till 9:00! I honestly don't know how many times I have come to this establishment at the times of 8:30-9:00 and they say we have no chicken, you sell fried chicken! How do you not have chicken! Some straight shenanigans going on with the closing crew! I put 1 star because I can't put zero!
