It was a very bad experience. I took my children to buy ice cream and a woman with glasses who served was very rude to my girls. I will not return to that place.

I never treat myself to anything and today I decided to enjoy some ice cream and when I noticed the elderly female employee making the sundae wrong with the incorrect ingredients I asked her to please not forget the INGREDIENTS for the item I ordered and I got attitude from her and what seems to be her daughter š listen, if you dont want to work here, dont. But dont be rude to NICE paying customers who are paying YOU for a service. If you cant do it right, dont do it at all and certainly keep that tude to yourself bc I am not the one. I was polite bc it was crowded but if you give me that attitude again, you will hear this first hand in front of your face. BE RESPECTFUL. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. RUDE.

It was a vey hot day yesterday. I brought my kids to get some ice cream and cool off. The store did not have AC on. It was 77 degrees inside. After I asked them to turn on the AC, they said it was 73 degrees. I took a photo of the thermostat to show them. It was around noon. Lady was also very rude when my kids were trying sample some flavors.

Great location with awesome staff. Naomi is an A+ pro from service to cake wizardry. Now my go-to location after last experience there for a rush order birthday cake.

We love the taste of the ice cream and all the flavors and combos they have! Itās such a great location but today the woman working was very rude and it really ruined the experience for our kids. The kids were pointing to a āsugar coneā but calling it a waffle cone because they are kids and the āsugar conesā didnāt have a label on them. The kids said ācan I have a waffle cone with cookies and cream ice creamā and she was like āwell why are you pointing to a sugar cone and saying waffle coneā and they said āoh I want this small waffle coneā and she said āthatās not even a waffle coneā thatās fine she told them the correct name but the tone was unnecessary, they are little kids. We probably wonāt come back if she is the only one working, making kids sad while they are ordering ice cream is not fun.
