This is the worst baskin Robbins I have ever been too. They have their freezers set so high the ice cream is almost soft serve. Who wants ice cream that starts out melted. I have mentioned the issue on several occasions without any type of response.Either they have really weak scoopers or are trying to save on their electricity bill. Lower the temperature!

The ambience is very good for Baskin Robin's. They had hot pink chairs and the setting was very cute. I don't think I have every seen such cute setting like this at any other Baskin Robin's before. It was a nice setting but when I walked in, all the seats were taken. I wish they had more seatings. The service was good and my drink (cappuccino) was very good!

I got Funday Sundae and Classic Chocolate and it was absolutely glorious on a hot summer day. The staff was so friendly and patient and deserve ??? keep it up!

Great service! I went to get ice cream with my wife last night and we both got a double scoop and the employees were very friendly. One of the guys got me my double scoop and was very nice and then the other guy who was very tall got my wife her ice cream. The girl there was working on a really cool looking cake. The one thing I will say though is they don't have credit tips for some reason. I've been to other Baskin-Robbins locations and they've had credit tips. Maybe the owner is too lazy. Great service otherwise!

We love the taste of the ice cream and all the flavors and combos they have! It’s such a great location but today the woman working was very rude and it really ruined the experience for our kids. The kids were pointing to a “sugar cone” but calling it a waffle cone because they are kids and the “sugar cones” didn’t have a label on them. The kids said “can I have a waffle cone with cookies and cream ice cream” and she was like “well why are you pointing to a sugar cone and saying waffle cone” and they said “oh I want this small waffle cone” and she said “that’s not even a waffle cone” that’s fine she told them the correct name but the tone was unnecessary, they are little kids. We probably won’t come back if she is the only one working, making kids sad while they are ordering ice cream is not fun.

Came here last Tuesday, 05/31/22 around 3pm and there were 4 guests in line ahead of us and some guests dining in. We first sampled the Ube Coconut Swirl which was a hard pass. We ordered the Chocolate Chip which was not sweet at all, the favor tasted different. We also got Strawberry Cheesecake which was good and refreshing. The service was good and the portions were great.

Ube Coconut is back, in time for the hotter weather. This place is always clean and the friendly staff very attentive. Seating is available and very comfortable.
