I’ve given this place multiple chances, but every visit has been a disaster. The service is unbelievably slow — I’ve waited over 20 minutes for a single drink, and it’s not even busy. People who came in after me are always served before me, and the online ordering system is always "turned off" when I try to use it, like this morning. The staff at the front are rude and never apologize for the wait, which seems to happen every single time. I won’t be returning. Terrible experience every time.

Cute cafe with a simple, but well thought out menu. I'm always looking for a perfect cappuccino with a great pull of espresso and perfectly steamed milk and I did not find that here, but the rest of Brood's features were cute, quality, and thoughtful.
Their seasonal coffee specials looked delicious and the Plain Jane avo toast was exactly how I wanted to start my day.
I wouldn't recommend it for simple espresso lovers, but if you're a sweet coffee drink girly, I would want to try everything they offer.
They also have a wall of 25¢ candy machines tucked away behind the bar and I thought it was such a cute feature!

They allowed dogs in their shop…a place that serves food. It is not allowed in California to have dogs in a place that serves food. They were not service dogs as they were jumping on people.

Not impressed. A friend and I waited in line for a good 8 minutes to order and another 10 minutes with a good handful of others who were waiting. No prices listed on the menu. Just had to find out with the cashier.
Brood Coffee is a hidden gem in Lincoln! From the moment you walk in, the cozy and welcoming atmosphere draws you in. The space is beautifully designed with warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer.
But it’s not just the ambiance that’s impressive—the coffee is top-notch! They serve great coffee from Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters, and you can taste the quality in every sip. Whether you’re grabbing a quick cup to go or settling in with your laptop, Brood Coffee is the perfect spot for coffee lovers and anyone looking for a great place to relax. Highly recommend!

My favorite coffee shop around! The coffee is so smooth and they make the best drinks. The avocado toast and scones are fresh and delicious. The staff is always so welcoming and kind. The decor is fun- my daughter always has to checkout the gumball wall. And they have lots of items to shop for unique gifts and from local vendors.

Unfortunately, we bought our coffees to go because we were running late and did not want to return to give our coffees back. That's why I'm writing that this was the most disappointing coffee experience that I've ever had. My friend could not bring themselves to finish their drink. We also wanted to order something for our breakfast but the price of 12 dollars for a piece of bread and a half of an avocado with a cooked egg on the top, and a cookie for 4 dollars, was absolutely ridiculous. It's not surprising that they did not have anyone inside the building during their busiest time. I do not recommend anyone to come to Brood Coffee.
Parking: The plaza was quite full and it was hard to find a parking spot since the parking lot was very small. Besides, there was a hospital next door and the parking spots were filled up already.

Such a cute little hidden gem! A friend brought me to this shop which I didn’t even know existed. The staff recommended a great drink after I told them I was looking for something sugar free. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming and they have lots of extras you can buy including a whole shelf of tumblers! I can’t wait to go back when I have a little more time and try some of their food options.

As cliche as it sounds, my life has been blessed by Brood!
It has become a special place for my boys and to hang out and spend quality time together. They are always asking, “can we go to the coffee shop.”
Our favorite toast is The Greek. The scones are one of a kind and the coffee always hits.
I appreciate the staff’s friendliness and patience even when they have a ton of orders to fill. Plus, their latte art!
If you haven’t visited Brood, just go! You will not regret it. :)
