Being a California newby, and only having had avacado toast once prior, which was bland, my girlfriend said I needed to try a superior presentation and selection. So.... we reviewed Google and ended up here, after reviewing many of those reviews. We were not disappointed. We chose the Greek Avacado toast and spilt a cream cheese everything bagel. I was teetering on a 4 star review because of a large dog inside, which was well-behaved, but should not be inside the food area. I strongly feel the dog owner should obey California law and stay outside and the store owner should enforce it. The food was delicious. The building was spotless clean and the service was very nice. We really enjoyed our lattes. I easily give this establishment a five-star review for all of the above and because of their mother, who stopped by. She erased the dog memory and her beatiful spirit was obviuosly present. We will gladly be repeat customers.

My wife and I have been coming here since they first opened. We love their coffee, service, and food. They've incorporated many amenities that have made Brood our favorite coffee shop. Plain Jane avocado toast is my favorite food item! Brood is pet friendly and enough space for our kids to run around. I think if you take out the expectation of a fast coffee so you can grab and go, (Starbucks expectations) you'll enjoy Brood just like everyone else.

Went here with friends for a game day and had a great time. My iced dirty chai was delicious and the atmosphere was full of natural light and cute decor. Staff were quick to help and surprised us with free pastries. We will be return customers.
