Spicy chicken sandwich is wonderful but disappointed that they charge extra for onions and jalapeños. Produce is something every fast food location needs to supply freely. They need to use produce to brighten the flavor of the sandwiches.

It's rare these days to see a polite and engaging drive thru clerk. The gentlemen that took my order was such a person. Other than the normal decent fast food offerings from Carl's the friendly customer service was a breath of fresh air. Compared to some people who don't greet you and shows you their attitude and you can tell they don't like their jobs and don't want to be there. 😄

Oh my goodness! I’ve been to this CJ’s countless times since moving to Lincoln, but tonight (2/23) I came in for my usual order and got the immense pleasure of having Rick take my order. First impression is the most important in customer service and he made his mark. What an absolute gem! He was such a sweetheart, got me everything I wanted and went above and beyond.
