Amazing service from Rick at Carl’s Jr in Lincoln. From the moment we walked in he greeted us with a genuine smile and treated us like family. Ordered threw drive thur and Alma was rude and impatient, i ordered 3 burgers and she never asked if i needed sauce so i asked for bbq sauce and she hands me 1 sauce . I really wanted to tell her about good customer service since ive been a server for 20 years .. but i kept ot professional. She needs to talked too and remember shes at wrk and needs to have better customer service! I love carls jr but if she rake my order again i will tell her about herself.

Spicy chicken sandwich is wonderful but disappointed that they charge extra for onions and jalapeños. Produce is something every fast food location needs to supply freely. They need to use produce to brighten the flavor of the sandwiches.

It's rare these days to see a polite and engaging drive thru clerk. The gentlemen that took my order was such a person. Other than the normal decent fast food offerings from Carl's the friendly customer service was a breath of fresh air. Compared to some people who don't greet you and shows you their attitude and you can tell they don't like their jobs and don't want to be there. 😄

First impression is the most important in customer service and he made his mark. What an absolute gem! He was such a sweetheart, got me everything I wanted and went above and beyond.
