Oh my goodness! I’ve been to this CJ’s countless times since moving to Lincoln, but tonight (2/23) I came in for my usual order and got the immense pleasure of having Rick take my order. First impression is the most important in customer service and he made his mark. What an absolute gem! He was such a sweetheart, got me everything I wanted and went above and beyond. My order was fresh off the grill and perfect. His customer service is how it should be everywhere else! Get 👏🏽 this 👏🏽man 👏🏽a👏🏽raise👏🏽 pronto! I'll be honest, I haven't eaten at a Carl's Jr in probably 2 years. I simply got tired of poor service, always having a problem with my order and/or the meal quality. I decided to give it another shot today at store number 1100353 and its probably the best burger I have ever had. Everything was done properly, Burger was warm, and the customer service was spot on. I'd like to give kudos to the customer service if Corporate can refer back to order number 339676 at store number 1100353. Thank you

Restaurant was very clean, staff Saundra and Chris were awesome. We ordered 2 famous Star meals the meat was done(no pink)lettuce, tomato and onion were fresh. The DM Bruce and GM Alma were very informative and friendly an professional. We will definitely be back.

The thing I know about Carl’s Jr.’s I learned from my grandfather, he was big on fresh onion and fresh, lettuce and tomato, and he showed me at a young age that Carl’s Jr. was the place to get burgers with the freshest vegetables. And the service has always been remarkable.
Parking: There is never a problem, finding a parking place close to the front door
Kid-friendliness: Their kids menu is healthy and my two boys get full, which is important

I legit keep coming back here because of Rick. I will only buy chicken sandwiches from here, because of Rick. Carl's Jr has nostalgia in my life for five 10 15 years but the prices are high now. The only reason I keep coming back to this Carl's Jr in Lincoln is because of Rick all caps Rick. I'm not kidding you. If Rick wasn't here, neither would I be. Every time I come here Rick has personal ownership of this entire restaurant, he is like the owner of all Carl's Jr.'s that's his attitude. Heart you Rick. Rick puts the spicy in spicy chicken sandwich. Rick puts the double in double cheeseburger but makes it a triple. Big Carl? No, all caps, it's Big Rick all caps!
