I'm told locals call this place the blue house. All I can say is yummm!! 6 tacos, 2 orders of rice and beans, and a green chilli chimichanga and we were stuffed. The food was great, the staff was second to none, the value was excellent.

Great Mexican taqueria. Good service. This is a hidden gem. The sign outside is not readable (weathered) but a lot of people know where this place is and it does a good business. It's where Mexican people go for Mexican food which demonstrates it's "real Mexican food". Good salsa bar and chips (free) to go along with your meal. Quesabirria tacos are my favorite there as well as carnitas tacos.

Came to location and ordered two burritos. My wife’s veggie came cold and did not like the taste. After asking for manager she just told me it was not their fault and that veggie burrito came out cold and would not refund money. Would not recommend this place

I really liked the food here and their variety, but it made me sick every time. There’s a terrible smell of sewage and the fact that it is in an old house is cool but it’s not a nice old house. Last time I tried to go there was only because they were the only place open, I didn’t want to go back do to the smell and getting sick but figured why not, walked up to the front door and a giant soaking wet rat ran out from under the house.

"It's in a house?" HECKIN YEAH IT IS! This place is fire - definitely on par with Mexican food in LA. The torta ahogada had such beautiful layering with perfectly cooked carnitas; the super quesadilla (Friday special) was thick with cheese and even without meat earned big points. Highly recommend!

the taco and toastado were so soggy that they were like trying to eat soup. the beans and rice were good. when i called to complain they blamed door dash i've always had excellent service from door dash and door dash doesn't doesn't prepare the food they only deliver.

A really good local Mexican restaurant that’s ran out of an old house. Delicious food, good size portions, great chips, and a large selection in the salsa bar. My favorite from salsa bar is the avocado cilantro salsa! Service is fast with very kind staff! I have to say Taqueria Gonzalez is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Lincoln.

This was by far my favorite Mexican resturant in Lincoln until both my son and I got food poisoning. I brought the rest of the food back for them to examine and asked to talk to the owner. She only texted me later and "hoped I got my money back" . No admittance, apologies, compensation, or assurance they would take the matter seriously and make sure it never happened again. Very dismissive. I so wanted to hear something better, something reassuring so we could keep going here. So sadly we will never be going back, and neither will the friends who also loved the place.
