A really good local Mexican restaurant that’s ran out of an old house. Delicious food, good size portions, great chips, and a large selection in the salsa bar. My favorite from salsa bar is the avocado cilantro salsa! Service is fast with very kind staff! I have to say Taqueria Gonzalez is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Lincoln.Kid-friendliness: Family oriented and very friendly!

This was by far my favorite Mexican resturant in Lincoln until both my son and I got food poisoning. I brought the rest of the food back for them to examine and asked to talk to the owner. She only texted me later and "hoped I got my money back" . No admittance, apologies, compensation, or assurance they would take the matter seriously and make sure it never happened again. Very dismissive. I so wanted to hear something better, something reassuring so we could keep going here. So sadly we will never be going back, and neither will the friends who also loved the place.

I haven't eaten here, but frequently do pick up for delivery orders. The food always looks appetizing, but there's a funky smell inside this restaurant that will *always* keep me from eating here. As soon as you walk in, you're hit with an awful stench that smells like a dirty sewer or backed up septic system. It makes my stomach turn every time.

I cannot get enough of this place!Everything I have tried has not disappointed me. The different types of meat have all been delicious and great quality. My favorite items are the Vampiro tacos and the Super burrito as a bowl. My favorite meat is the shredded chicken. They make their salsas in house and my favorite one is the green one which I believe is like an avocado salsa. I would buy like a gallon of it if I could. Favorite Mexican food in the entire Sacramento area!
