Domino's Pizza

My last order contained black mold on the pizza. I contacted the store and they told me it's oil and cheese. Smh
Not coming back or ordering here again

I don't know how you can DESTROY ALL THREE PIZZAS.... they were ALL made WRONG all of them, we got NOTHING we ordered on top of that they cut the pizzas lopsided or not at all.

All three pizzas toppings weren't even NEAR what we ordered. I ordered No red sauce... I see red sauce, i order sausage nope no sausage, but i have tomatoes??? I'm so confused. I can't even believe this place is even opened. I never order from dominos... because the pizzas aren't the greatest but this location ? is just plain disrespectful. I'm so angry with what we got I don't even know what to do with these nasty pizzas we received. My kids ate them because they're kids. We tried complaining online but it said "error" multiple times. DONT GO HERE EVEN IF THEY HAVE A DEAL. TRASH, TRASH, TRASH.

GO TO OTP! (Old Town pizza) they are pricier but WORTH the money you spend because they actually care about your order.

Ordered food online this evening for carry out. The wings were supposed to be sweet mango habanero, but were given a cinnamon covered wings. The extravaganza pizza was soggy and box was saturated. The two others pizza were ok, not happy with order.

Very bad. 2 of the 3 pizzas were completely wrong (as in ingredients I didn't put)... and all 3 cuts on them were every weird and off. It was delivered so couldn't do anything about it.

Ordered online for pick-up.The pizza was terrible, it was dry barely any sauce, doughy with barely any toppings. The kids came in and picked up the prepaid order and asked for a cup of water and the cashier wouldn't give them a cup and said they didn't have water. Horrible service I will never go to this location again which sucks because I live nearby!

Where’s the cheese. 1st time I’ve ordered this and it looked like this. I also used the app to order and even though the app said it was ready it was not and I had to wait.

Always 30 minutes or less, well-rounded selection.

PATRICIA is the best.

You can't just rely on the good name of a place of business. Although Domino's pizza is iconic, you still have to gauge their performance on the team. Well, I must report that the team at the Lincoln store have set the bar high. I ate my meal inside and witnessed the team operate like a well oiled machine. They communicated well with each other, they were respectful, they were happy! I was impressed how they handled customers both on the phone and in person. They even resolved a customer complaint with a smile and they made the client feel heard and respected! There are plenty of places to get pizza these days but few places that treat customers and employees like they are important. That being said, the pizza was delicious, hot and more than expected! I will be getting my pizza from Domino's in Lincoln from now on! Excellent job team!

Pizza was great but the cheese bowl was a disappointment. It was burnt on the bottom, most of the cheese was stuck to bottom, and only got about 2 to 3 spoonfuls of cheese. Not worth what you charge. The bowl should be full!

The absolute worse experience at this domino's restaurant. Made my pizza wrong, then proceeded to try and convince me the ingredients were just hidden I couldn't see them. See 3 photos, one is domino's stock photo the other next one shows my order and last one is the so called " extravaganza with hidden ingredients " as the rude young man with black framed glasses explained. He offered refund or a remake, then brought the next one out opened the box and I quote " here you see they just left ingredients off the other one, so same pizza" closed box pushed thru truck window and rudely turned and walked away. He made it personal then so now I'm going the extra step to make it personal. I threw both pizzas in the garbage and went to another known pizza place in the area and ate dinner. He's lucky he didn't get to wear both of the pizzas. NEVER AGAIN people these kids don't care and no telling what he did to the Second pizza because I feel he is " that kind of guy" that he would.

We purchased two 3 topping medium pizzas. Pizzas were fresh and hot but the quantity of toppings were sparse. Many slices had one piece of meat on it and minimal vegetables.

My pizza was delicious! I ate the whole thing! I phoned in my order and it was ready for me when I arrived for pickup.
