I am always impressed by the quality of service at In-N-Out, and this fairly new addition to Lincoln is no exception. Our order is always quickly taken with a smile. The burger is a perfect size with a 'salad' on top. Love the fresh fries too. A worker is always cleaning...sweeping, washing windows, emptying trash. Everyone seems to hustle to get us fed quickly. Good job!
I had just arrived at the hotel next door and decided to walk over to In-N-Out to grab a sandwich since I was to early arriving for hotel check-in. I ordered my sandwich and it seemed to take quite a while to actually get the food delivered to me. Then when I got the order it was wrong and not what I asked for. The burgers are always consistent so it is never a matter of whether or not the burgers were good. For me the only variable there is the fries. I always hated their fries because they were limp & soggy. Lately though they have been almost overcooked which is exactly like I want them... crispy!! Fries are supposed to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Theyve been nailing it lately to the point where I've gone there JUST to satisfy my craving for the fries!
