This KFC cares more about their drive thru numbers than making money. Iwas told to pull around to the parking lot and my food would be brought to me. They said it would be less than a minute. Since there was no one behind me I said I would just wait. Then a manager told me to pull around to the parking lot, that my food would be out in less than a minute again I refused, and informed them that if they were not going to let me wait at the window for another 30 seconds they could refund my money. They brought another person to the window and refunded my money. It took about 3 minutes to get my money refunded after they told me my food would be ready in less than a minute. There was stillb no one behind me when I pulled out of th drive thru.

Employee with the blue hair was rude. When she was bringing our food to the counter she kinda just slammed it there and when we said thank you she didn’t look or say anything back. Absolutely disgusting behavior needs to be fired

I just did a drive-through at the Lincoln location. I specifically asked how fresh the tenders were. I was told, "They are pretty fresh!" Yes, said with enthusiasm. I can hardly bite through the very crispy outside and the inside is really dry. I should take them back, but I haven't eaten all day (my fault) and was driving home after a very physical 7 hours of work. BTW it was volunteer as I'm retired. I couldn't post a video or you could hear me knocking on the table.

Went through drive thru ordered original leg and thigh. Got two burned pieces of chicken hard as a rock and pretty much no meat. You need a magnifying glass 🔍 to see the meat on the bones. Both pieces were extra small. $12 dollars down the drain. My dogs won’t even eat it. And the biscuit is hard as rock! Stale! Next time I go there (if I decide to try them again) I will ask for my refund! The restrooms need deep cleaning. Smells like urine in there ..almost choked! Surprised no one called the health dept!

Ordered 6 piece special. They put 5 pieces and a chicken nugget in the box. The food was cold. The girl at the front counter yesterday around 6pm was the worst employee I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I will never visit this location ever again. I thought I was being smart driving to Lincoln, instead of Roseville KFC, I was not.

I was at the Lincoln ca location. I went to other Sacramento locations and no one wanted to help me because I had a difficult request. A man named Esteban helped me. He fulfilled my request and was very kind and patient. Someone please give this man a big raise . He has great integrity and cares about others. I'll be doing all my big orders at this location from here on out.
