When Red's first opened it was great. Good food at reasonable pricing. How quickly they fell from that position. Between slow disinterested service, to a collapse of quality of food, to pricing that went far above the level of quality of the food this place became an absolute no-go at all. We had hope for Red's and gave it more than an ample amount of chances to bring itself back to the early experiences we had there, however it failed us every single time. I even reached out by dm to Red's directly with our concerns, and got a reply saying the management was being given my message and may be reaching out, but nothing. No call, no text, no message. There is better food served just half a block away on the corner, guaranteed. The staff there is quick to greet you, update on possible wait times, and once seated the servers are attentive and engaged.

Reds used to be the best breakfast joint Lincoln, hands down! Easily 5 stars every time! Unfortunately they got new owners. Pices went up. Quality went down. Another great restaurant lost to profit margins

Our family thoroughly enjoyed eating at Red's Country Kitchen. The server was friendly and smiled as she took our orders. Everyone's food was hot when brought to the table. We found the atmosphere to be enjoyable and quiet in mid-morning.

We were shocked to find the restaurant almost empty when we got there because it was packed two years ago when we visited. Our 60.00 bill for two breakfast told the story of why.

Terrible experience for breakfast. Arrived around 9 am, not really busy. Seated me right away , but it took waitress 15 to return to even ask if I wanted coffee? Then another 20 minutes to come back take drink orders. Took almost 1 hr to receive breakfast. 3 adults 1 child. Food okay,But service ruined experience. I even Googled restaurant reviews to see where to go in Lincoln.Just moved here so looking for nice restaurantFor family. Guess McDonald’s next time!

Our party of 3..Friday.. 11:00am only 5 tables in the restaurant that was sat. Took 20minutes to get our drinks and they came 1 by 1 by 1. Ordered our food after the 3rd drop off. We noticed our food under the heat lamps about 25 minutes after ordering. There our plates sat for another 15minutes. We watched the 2 waitresses that were on, clean. When we got our food, it was cold. My bread on the club was stale. Not fresh avocado, the spread you get from the store. Asked for pepper jack cheese .. was shredded. 4 pieces small baby mesclun lettuce. My friends chili verde Bkfast burrito was tasteless and cold. The country gravy has no flavor. The only thing good was the sausage links and bacon we ordered extra. Ordered bottomless mimosas and the waitress hardly came around..had to time it right, ordered 2 at the same time because we knew she would take a long time. (She came around twice in an hour and 15 min.)At that rate.. the mimosas are NOT bottomless. Bill came to over $80 for 3 ppl. way too expensive for Sub par food, sub par service .

Mediocre food at ridiculously high prices. If the food was good, they could justify the prices but it just isn't. I am not a picky eater and normally have a strong stomach and yet I've been nauseous with a stomach ache all day since eating here. Biscuits and gravy were super bland and tasted like nothing but fat. I would never recommend anyone eats here.

Range hood was out on a Saturday morning when I had a group meeting there. Out of their control that sounds like equipment needs to be the updated or pre-check before a weekend business as it’s always busier.

Bought a couple of basic items. With price of everything going up, you would think that at least preparation of food would be quality and made to the customers ask. Loco Moco meat was well done after asking for medium. Rice tastes day old like they did a reheat and the gravy was bland. Time to start cooking at home if this is what local eateries are going to deliver.
