Mid level hibachi. The place is a bit dirty. The service is a bit lacking. The food was good enough. The chef was the best part and made it fun for us.

This has always been a place I recommend to family and friends but lately it’s been lacking in service mostly because one very rude and lazy server. Every time we have sat on the table side and have had the unfortunate luck of having him as our server he seems to be upset people come to eat. Today he only gave us the soup and not salad like my gf had asked for and as she and I were explaining kindly he started to literally huff and grunt while rolling his eyes. Keep in mind this was his mistake he had to correct. It was very childish for a grown man to do. Anyways the vibe was completely thrown off he never came back to check on us until we asked for the bill. The food was good but I hope management can do something about the service.

We made reservation for a birthday dinner for my son this past Saturday. We showed up on time and waited and waited…about 30min later I went up to ask how much longer? He showed me that our party was on the bottom of a very long list. I asked why since I had made a reservation? He said that they just check people in as they come and couldn’t tell me when we might actually be seated. So apparently making a reservation means nothing and we had to leave and not celebrate my son’s birthday.

We hv been here before, and we love it! Service is fantastic! Food is incredible. I ordered an extra side of rice so I would hv leftovers. Great family atmosphere.

I'm so bummed, I wanted to like it. I told my family to come here and I wish I hadn't. It was the most unwelcoming vibe I've ever felt at a restaurant. Our hostess was irritated by our presence, our waiter was rolling his eyes and not helpful at all. They all acted like we were annoying them by being there. I even asked if they were closed because they all seemed upset to be helping us. I asked for more info on a menu item and our waiter was dismissive and rude, told me the $4 specialty soda tasted like "soda" in a condescending tone. The cook was friendly, but obviously new, but he was the only person who smiled in our direction at any point. He was trying hard and the food was okay. He had a person supervising him who was super intimidating and seemed mean to the cook. The service was awful, so we were surprised to see a 16% gratuity added without our consent and an additional tip requested as well. The total was $157 for 1 adult hibachi combo, 1 kids hibachi shrimp, 1 kids hibachi chicken, 2 sushi dishes, 4 waters + 2 $4 sodas that tasted like soda. We won't be going back.

They are completely overbooked. We had a reservation for 7:00. At 7:40 they still hadn’t seated us. Poor management. We decided to leave.

Large portions so had about 60% of my food left. Was excited to eat the rest later that night. Server reaches over me to grab something and hits my full water (I was drinking purely sake) so it was full when it was carelessly knocked into all my food. I looked at him dumbfounded and he said “oooops” I then say “no sorry? That’s it, Just ooops” and he looked at me like I was an alien shrugged his shoulders and just walked away. Spent over 100 bucks for food to be drowned in my water. Considering going in and causing a scene. Comping my personal meal would have been the right thing to do… Saying sorry would’ve been enough honestly, but doing neither leaves me dumbfounded. Nevertheless, never going back there again, unless of course management doesn’t step in then I’ll be back…:)

Took my mom for sushi, & the food was great! Asrvuce was on point. Will go back. Suggestion: Try the 2 item bento box.
