Went there for lunch today and the service was terrible. Then our food came out and it was so nasty, we didn't even eat it. And I am not one to complain but this was slimy and burnt. We waited so long for our waitress to come that we ended up getting up and waiting at the front to pay for food we didn't even eat. I tried to tell her what was wrong and she didn't seem to care. We will never be back.

The food was ok. But they rushing you, though, and rushing you out. One of the people in our group ordered a sushi roll, and it came as they were cashing us out. Mo customer service at all. They are all about getting so many people in and out to make as much money as they can. It ruined the whole experience.

The sashimi was previously frozen! The sushi rice was hard, the waiter had zero personality and maybe said two words total, he never thanked us. We won't be going back. Dinner was not cheap for what we received.

The check in person, and the waiter were great. Had sushi and it excellent. We didn't have reservations, so we didn't have the chef cook right in front of us. However the reservation patrons were having a great time. Had a very nice time.

Was here before years ago and service was terrible. Went to try again and the hostess spoke no English. Basically we were kicked out because he could not figure out how to seat people. Other people were frustrated as well. All we wanted was a table and not hibachi seating. Too many other places to go.

Always a to go place sitting is easy and fast and so is the service. They are always constantly checking on you and make sure everything is alright. Their Christmas roll is a must , their prices are amazing as well . Haven't tried the other side of the restaurant but it always sounds like a party .

We had a reservation for 6 and we got there and waited 40 min with a reservation and when we sat down we smashed with too many people sitting with us who had a party of 7 and when we said we smashed they said that we had to wait for another table for another 20 min terrible service and we even had a reservation.

To be completely honestly the food here is decent but the service is HORRIBLE!! Came here for a birthday dinner WITH a RESERVATION and they were literally shooing us out the door an hour later. We hadn't even had time to eat our dinner before the bill was delivered to us. Additionally an automatic gratuity was charged to our bill without informing us. We ordered another drink and they told us that we had to move to the other side of the restaurant in order to drink it. Our servers and cook also gave us the bare minimum. I don't recommend coming here at all unless you enjoy unpleasant service and average food.
I'm giving 5 stars for this places's Hibachi. It is amazing. Love the atmosphere, the wait staff are quick and efficient, and the food prepared right in front of you is not only really good, but fun to watch being made. The fried rice and yum yum sauce are delicious!!

First time eating here last night and will not return. We made reservations for 6:30 and were seated an hour later. They didn’t put enough chairs out for our party so my son had to sit on my lap. Our waiter was extremely rude. He skipped over my son for his drink and his food and was annoyed when I tried to order for him. One of the people in our party asked the waiter why he doesn’t smile.The chefs were very entertaining but the food wasn’t that great. I’m highly disappointed in how my 4 year old son was treated. Do better if you’re in the customer service industry!

This place was amazing! The food was delicious and came out fast. The servers were excellent. The portions were huge! The lunch bento seemed big enough for a dinner size. The teriyaki chicken was cooked great and the sauce was delicious. This is one of my new favorite places in Lincoln. 10/10 would recommend.

I do not recommend it if you have to sit where they prepare the food in front of you since they have a limit of dishes so you can order otherwise they leave the tables.
