Leatherby’s Family Creamery, Lincoln

Took my family this past Sat and once we were sat at a table no one came to take our order. We waited 20 min before we decided to leave after watching everyone around us get service except us.

It’s a fun place for the family. Solid food and good service

Ice cream is by weight not by scoop. I didn’t see a weights and measure seal anywhere.

Fun place to visit when you're craving a major ice cream Sunday. Open late.

I have decided to write an updated review as Butler Dalton hasn't been seen in a dogs ear, and Butler Cameron has gone above and beyond in every aspect as a Butler. Excellent service, excellent ice cream, couldn't win a shoe but that's ok! I've always said "you can't win em all!"
A woman came in extremely angry, and the entire team handled it extremely well, staying calm the entire time.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The food, the staffs and atmosphere. We never leave this place feeling unfulfilled. Our waitress Neva was exceptional. She made us feel so welcome, attentive and kind. This is a family business that make you feel like you're part of the family.

Good food, great ice cream, fun atmosphere

Our server Sarah was amazing! Sweet, efficient, prompt and very engaging. Loved having her as our server. ❤️

My family and I went to Leatherby's for the first time, and it was quite a treat! Everyone from the staff to the patrons were very friendly. The atmosphere was nice and the dining area was spacious & clean, and not too loud. The restrooms were clean, too-- an underrated quality in a restaurant in my opinion. Service was excellent! My husband got the CA burger, which he says tasted good overall but wasn't a fan of the patty-- tasted almost frozen? I ordered the house fries but they didn't hit the spot (not enough house ranch so the fries were a bit dry). I did get a crab sandwich to go (one word: YUM!) For dessert, we both agreed they serve the BEST vanilla ice cream either of us have ever had. Next time we get a hankering for ice cream and we're in the area, we're going to Leatherby's!

We enjoyed a lovely Patty’s petite Sunday with a basket of chicken tenders and french fries. Couldn’t think of a better way to end a school day than with some Leatherby’s ice cream.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly they have lots of options on the menu for the particular eaters. They also have a small little arcade that is fun for the kids to enjoy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking.

Came for ice cream. Super. Ashley was our server. 27 of us. She was great. 5 small children she was patient and friendly.

I liked the food makes you full for 14 bucks plus the French fries are really good, but the ice cream I like any other ice cream place. The service is comeback worthy and the atmosphere is like a better version of a McDonald’s but less than a a good sit down it’s like a Red Robin.
