I ordered the 6 ounce Wagyu and creamed spinach. Steak was cooked exactly as asked and was so tender I cut it with my fork. Spinach was delicious and flavorful. For dessert, I ordered Lemon Cheesecake. Absolutely delicious and the presentation was a creative work of art. Regardless of what you choose for dinner, make sure to order the cheesecake!
Four times and my filet was incorrectly prepared. Usually the food and service is top notch, but tonight it was atrocious. For $300, I expect a higher level of food quality and service.
Great restaurant: the food and service are all really good. Our server Valda did a fine job, she's a pro! My gf's steak was originally overcooked and it was not an issue to get another one. The oysters were fresh and delicious, my steak was as rare as I wanted it, and melted in my mouth. Despite having to walk through cigarette smoke to get to it, its worth the trip!
We had a wonderful experience! Jenkins and his professional team always ensure everything is perfect. The food was delicious, and our server was exceptional, attending to every detail. Everything was top-notch, and we truly enjoyed our anniversary dinner.
The restaurant is quiet and the decor is very nice. Our waiter was extremely attentive and courteous. He seemed to want to ensure we had excellent service. The food was plated very nicely, and delicious. The bread basket provided several types of bread. I tried several, and they were good. Good ambience, not crowded or noisy. This was my first visit, and it was my birthday. I was pleased with the service, the decor, and the food. It is a little pricey, and the menu is a la carte. It was my birthday dinner so I didn't mind. I plan to dine there again.
We had a fab dinner before a fabulous concert last night. The restaurant is very very nice. Food was superb and the bread and butter a plenty. Great selection on the menu and on wine list. We will be back.
Our server was awesome in every way. Both my date and I requested our filet mignon to be cooked medium. It took nearly 30 minutes after finishing our salad to receive our meal. My steak was cooked fine but was dry, with no steak juices, as it seemed to have sat on the grill for a while at holding temperature. My date's steak, however, came out rare, and when we sent it back, it was burnt on the outside but still rare in the center. The server was clearly frustrated with the kitchen and kindly took the steak off our bill. He also recommended the lemon cheesecake, which was excellent. The manager came over and apologized for the situation. It felt like either the head chef wasn't working and the sous chef was in charge, or there was a disgruntled chef in the kitchen. The managers and servers truly cared, and it showed, but the kitchen staff's lack of care was evident as well. Would definitely go back with hope that another chef in charge during our next visit.
Service was great, but the food was only alright. Definitely not a good value, I've had better steaks from less expensive restaurants and dealing with the cigarette smoke filled casino atmosphere wasn't enjoyable either.
Always a great place to eat. We sat near the bar and this night was quite noisy. The service was impeccable and the food was spot on. They sat us early which was perfect for our concert.
Happy hour is a good deal, but the bartender was rude and unprofessional. Plenty of other options in the casino though.

Our server Jose was Fantastic ! Excellent service ! Food was wonderfully presented, and Jose's choice of wine was spot on ! One of the best meals we've had in awhile. We highly recommend ! Please give a good word to Jose for his first class service ! Pat & Esther
Great time and excellent dinner. The food was delicious. Started with the salumi board; excellent selection of cured meats with cheese and sides. Wife had the French onion soup followed by the roasted. Chicken. I had the seafood salad, which I believe is a new menu item. It was good with lots of crab and shrimp. Dressing was very tasty. Wife enjoyed her soup with the melted cheese on top. Her chicken was also very good. The service was excellent. I want to acknowledge the bidder Juan. He is always on the move, ensuring that the patrons are taken care of. Our waiter, was exceptional. We will be bsck
As a long term diner at High Steaks this visit was a big disappointment. We were celebrating my wife's birthday. I ordered a Filet mignon. It was cooked perfectly. Now why we were disappointed. Again. My wife requested lamb chops. Cooked medium. NO blood. The lamb that was served was burned black both sides. It looked like it was covered in charcoal. On piece my wife could not cut it with a steak knife. We called the waitress over. She took the blackened piece back to the kitchen. As the manager walked by I showed him the rest of the lamb. It was so blackened it was inetiable. He apologized. I said who let that come out of the kitchen. In fact at the time there was no one expediting the food Waiters and waitresses were picking up their own orders. In fact I was one customers order sit under the heat lamp for 15 min. Then the waiter came to pick it up with no review. He took the plate of lamb and showed it to the kitchen staff . When he came back to the table he had a new excuse for the burned lamb. He said some guests like their lamb cooked like charcoal and it was brought to our table. Thus the wrong order. That's BS. No one orders lamb burnt. Rather saying his kitchen staff screwed up he blamed it on another customer. This follows a path of hit or miss cooked meals. From burner crab cakes to other selections over a long time. We were not charged for the lamb. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN. WE ARE DONE. The desert we were offered as a peace offering was terrible. Instead we will go to the Asian restaurant Red Lantern. Never a bad meal there and easier in the budget
The overall decor and service was ok, but I would have expected more from a Casino -especially when they charge the prices they do and advertise themselves as a steakhouse (disingenuous expectation is created). We ordered Foie gras and oysters and they were really past their prime regarding freshness but at that point where its passable ..the Foie gras was very irony and mealy, not smooth not buttery rich; what a disappointment! then came the steaks and pork chops - very under seasoned , and not worth the expensive price. We were there with a friends and family , so we decided not to complain as we were just wanting to have fun and enjoy ourselves and then were planning on a concert that was cancelled at the last minute. Talk about adding insult to injury. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for value to quality alignment; not happening here. I felt I was then advantage of and just part of the cattle call here.......
We ordered the tomahawk steak for 2 and it was amazing. The au gratin potatoes and seafood gamble salad were also legit. It was a little loud inside, but that did not take away from our wonderful meal.
