I work in delivery and regularly pick up orders from this McDonald’s location. And every time, the same little theater of the absurd plays out: the order is marked as “ready,” even though the fries haven’t touched the fryer and the burger hasn’t seen the grill.

Why the staff do this remains a mystery worthy of investigation. But the outcome is always the same: everyone loses time—couriers, customers—and the reputation of this location suffers. Worse, it damages the prestige of the McDonald’s brand itself.

I sincerely hope higher management takes notice of this “performance” and restores order. Sometimes it only takes replacing the actors with responsible employees who understand that customer trust and the company’s name are worth far more than the illusion of a completed order.

Monday night went for food after work. Google said that their drive through was open 24 hours on Mondays. Pulled in the lights and everything for the drive through were all on. Multiple cars in line wanting to order. But no one responded to us. I finally called and someone answered almost immediately. She said the drive through was closed. Seems like the hours need to be adjusted online or at the very least put a sign in front of the drive through saying it's closed. Or turn off the drive through lights. Kind of ridiculous to have multiple cars trying to order and no one make an effort to at least tell us what's going on at a time we should be able to order according to their hours...

Stopped by to pick up a Happy Meal Miniverse toy – just the toy, like we had literally done at another McDonald’s near Vallejo a day or two ago. But apparently, this location follows a different set of rules, despite what McDonald’s own website says. Super helpful. 🙃

Closing shift on Monday June 30th decided to refuse service and close up 1 whole hour early. Didn’t say a word over the speaker just pretended to not notice me when I pulled up, I can understand closing up 10-15 mins early, but a whole hour+ before they close is ridiculous
