I have been a customer and a Doordash employee dashing there for over 2 years . Today I encountered a new manager and a new employee. I arrived at the counter I'm confirming the order on the phone Jesus Rodrigues walks up and tells me to confirm the order with him and on my phone I replied with the last 3 numbers asked for confirmation and confirm the order on my phone already . I said that to him ke kept telling me I needed to do it as I repeated and turned my phone screen to him . It seemed he spoke Spanish so I also replied in Spanish. However at this point of having to explain myself again and he tells me you have to show me . Which I did I asked for the manager who was right there next to him apparently. The manager tried to defend he's supposed to check .. again I had confirmed it already 3 times and in front of her apparently manager Doris Ramirez. She then said he has a language barrier and couldn't understand which is a lie I spoke to him in Spanish also and he replied to me in English instead . Then I told her my observation the problem is he doesn't listen or pay attention. You should get on that . She said that's it I'm giving you a bad review and I said good I'll do it too . I asked for their names to report them to doordash business because they have been like this to other dashers as well and it isn't fair. I left as I spoke to doordash and she didn't know what to do but call the police . The owner of this establishment needs to also get involved .

The woman was a jerk about purchasing extras sauce. Like I was WANTING TO PAY for the sauce. Seriously won't take my money? Like she's back there making it. Whatever. Her attitude was trash. I'm sure if she made more than minimum wage she'd do better. Such is life.

My visit here was kinda quick but still very nice. I was able to easily use the app prior to arriving and my food was ready when I came through the drive threw which was awesome and much appreciated Thank you!!

Got a McDonald's chicken sandwich, and it was a major letdown. The lettuce was old, and the mayo looked weird, not adding anything good to the flavor. They gotta step up their freshness game. Cause i'm lwk pressed rn.
KODA is amazing. Fun and friendly and CUTE. She definitely gave the best customer service I've had in so so long. Anyways. 10/10 give her a promotion.

Their food is good and atmosphere is good but, the employees are very mean. they were mimicing me for stutturing. They spoke in spanish and i could understand them. Also the employees there were also making fun of more employees in the back for not doing their job right. I was attended by the manager, and i was here.many times. I wish i could give this a 5 star. DO BETTER EMPLOYEESPotato.P.s you are problably getting make fun of in the drive thru too. Beware.Edit: the night shift staff are sooo nice!
