I have to give a review because every time I go inside this McDonald’s Patty is so kind and professional! She sprinkles love on all the guests and sends them out smiling. She is happy, positive, and enthusiastic! I want to say thank you! I love going through drive through but every time it’s too busy and I have to go inside, I am happy I did!! Why? Because Patty seems to always know how to brighten up people’s day with her positive vibrant attitude! She has literally brightened my day 3 different times by just being her!

So disappointed in this McDonald’s, this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here either. The food is never made right and is messy. The customer service is uncooperative and takes a long time to resolve easy problems. Wish these issues didn’t keep happening.

Me reviewing a McDonald’s? First time for everything I guess. Tyler the manager was really helpful in helping us when we took the wrong persons food home and couldn’t come back for our correct order. Appreciate management being so helpful as we couldn’t come back to get the right food, kids are too little and it was bed time. Tyler made things right and I appreciate that.

Employee said they were closed and pointed at their window. I preordered online to pick up because it says their drive thru is open 24/7 and I was able to order online their app. So is this location not 24/7 according to their OWN website and google maps/yelp. You shouldn’t be able to order online if they’re just going to refuse you at the window.

This is the second time in the last couple months I've gone to this McDonald's. Last month someone got my order's son wrong he's Autistic and only wants meat cheese bun plain cheeseburger as I told them both. First it was a snarky response from the worker who said she knew what a plain cheese burger was and I told her my apologies sometimes they'll still put sauce. Well they did and then the person argued and said I didn't ask for plain which was definitely not true. To make it worse it took them even longer to get the other burger and when it was given to me it was only cheese and a bun no meat. I took it back once more and by this time my son was eating all of the fries and drinking multiple drinks because he was hungry but still wanted the burger. The 3rd time they got it right I didn't put that review up because it was later in the evening and pretty crowded so I figured maybe that Employee had a rough day. They did apologize too and were polite to my son. I've also worked in the food service so I have a lot of empathy for food service workers.
Now the 5 star review is because yesterday my son, grandma, brother and I went back to this McDonald's around 11am yesterday and we had a very pleasant experience from a woman who was working in the front. She said "welcome to the happy place" and was very hungry and treated McDonald's like it was a full service restaurant and greeted everyone with a smile. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name but I hope the next time we come back we'll see her again. This is now my favorite McDonald's location!

Worse McDonalds ever !!!!!!! Dang I ordered 2 coffees seriously they took 17 minutes to give me my coffee .How hard is it to make coffee .I should have just gone to the Arco gas station across the street .I will never ever go there again .its ridiculous .
