One of the last McDonald’s that still has a place center kids love this plus you’re in walking distance to the outlets. You can walk off your meal and then return for an ice cream after.

The staff are amazing and friendly, however, never ever drink a plain water there, it has a metal ashes and when pointed out was hoping something will be done, unfortunately after 4 months very same ashes are still in the bottom of your white cup for kids.

Literally the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to the food was fresh. The service was amazing. The food was amazing they brought it out to the table where my boyfriend and I were sitting and the guy had a big stack of condiments different flavors that we can choose from it was fabulous out of all the McDonald's I've ever been to in my 32 years of being alive this one is by far in the top three. Amazing experience!

Everybody at this location is incredibly friendly, but Margie, Perla, and Sarah all really stand as being incredibly friendly and professional. I get an iced coffee almost every day after work and my coffee is consistently great. Those three ladies always put a smile on my face and greet me by name and make me so happy to go here every day! Thanks to these ladies for always being so sweet and making my day better!!

I went to this McDonald's the other night after work in the Drive-Thru to get a strawberry banana smoothie which I have gotten before. I usually ask them to put a little whipped cream on it which makes it that much better and enjoyable. All the other places I've ever gotten these including Jack in the Box always put whipped cream on it and even a cherry. This time I got a lady from hell that was so rude and insisted on charging me more for the whipped cream that I told her just to give me my money back. After we exchanged unpleasantries I asked her if it was worth losing a customer and pissing them off also?? She didn't have the guts too come back & face Me and give Me my money back after that!! . She had one of the other guys that works there do it. She was a complete Witch about the whole situation!! Like I told her, even Starbucks doesn't charge extra for whipped cream!! It's not so much about the extra money which was $0.29 but the principal because I'd already paid close to six bucks for the drink itself!! Plus I was getting an iced tea also!! People like this need to be removed from dealing with the public because they're terrible PR people for their companies!! I'm in business and I know if I treated my customers like this, Soon I wouldn't have any left! Hopefully McDonald's will see this and do something about their lady in charge from hell!!

Both times I have eaten here the food I ordered tasted bad. Gross. The fries I ordered the first time were bitter. Like something burnt has been stuck in the fryer for days. Today I ordered 2 big Macs on the Mobile app. Mine was disgusting. It has to be the sauce it was slimey smothered in, maybe rancid? Smelled bad and tasted worse.
I will not come back to this location. I will just wait next time and go to my usual location on Sunrise. They have reliable fresh tasty food.
Passed by here earlier this afternoon, just before 3:00PM. This is the first time I went to this McDonald's location in Lincoln, California. I rarely go to McDonald's now these days. I went here with My Father. He and I just came from a job interview at Thunder Valley Casino Resort not too far from this McDonald's. I used the receipt to buy one sandwich and get one sandwich for an equal or lesser value. I ordered two Big Macs. The Combo/Meal was not included in the BOGO deal. I also ordered two large fries and two large drinks. The service was good, and the worker was really nice and respectful. Walking inside, it wasn't that crowded.

This McDonald’s is nice. And I’ve always gotten the correct food. Last time I went here they gave me someone else’s burger… I drove back , went inside with the entire burger I hadn’t even taken a bite because it was visibly not plain and the tag had someone else’s order on it. They asked for my receipt, which I didn’t in bring in with me because I had the burger in hand… Luckily I remembered my order number so they reprinted it and made me my PLAIN burger. All this fuss for them to just give me a patty and a bun.
