I'm going to start with the good points, the tacos are good and the meat tasted good, I tried the flautas which came with rice and beans and some veggies, well the rice had no flavor whatsoever, hard like it's been cooking all day or over the microwave or something and the beans was like if they were from a can or something, with this I don't say is bad, I just personally didn't like it
Had a hankering for fish tacos. This is a quaint local place with a nice open kitchen and a clean dining room. The food was fantastic and totally took care of the craving. We especially like the real avacado instead of just some avocado crema.
Don't let the run down condition of this place detour you. We coose to eat in tand had a great meal. The food is authentic and nice portions. I had a carnitas taco and chili relleno plate and my husband had a taco salad with carne asada. This is authentic mexican food not chain restaurant and we were more than satisfied. Business was pretty steady for takeout. Service was good and prices are reasonable. We will be back to try the burritos.
