The pizza here is normally really good. But on this certain day I found hair baked into my pizza. I was informed that no one in their vicinity has blonde/dirty blonde hair I’m a brunette. I did get a refund but the fact that this hair is possibly just floating around gives me ick.

Had an end of season party here…. Staff was friendly and food came out on time. Everything was delicious…. It was a last minute booking, and they were super helpful….. will definitely be back when in the area again. Thanks guys!

Received an email for a $25 meal deal with large pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks and a 2 liter. Online order would not accept the coupon because the subtotal was less than $30. With tax, service and delivery fee we are well over $30 but that subtotal is the only thing that matters. I decided to call to make it easy, the person on the phone preceded to tell me I could only order that deal online. Mam, that’s fine but it doesn’t work online that’s why I called remember? So at the 15 minute mark between online and calling of trying to get this dumb non-existent deal, I gave up. Not even a good deal after tip and fees I was still spending $37 if they allowed it 🥲
Decided to not spend an extra $15 to get the $25 deal because that is no longer a deal, and honestly all the dumpster fires around us and we are over complicating pizza? Let’s call it.

Remember the good old days when you used to call the pizza place and you could ask what the best coupons are and they would hook you up with the knowledge. Everything, even pizza coupons are awful now.
Sorry I backslid there, just feeling nostalgic over something that used to be called customer service.

Got a garlic style pizza called Snowy Alps, it barely tasted like garlic, some pieces did others didn't. All I tasted was olives even after taking all the olives off. I payed 34 bucks for this, I am not happy!

Was just out in Lincoln a few days ago visiting the mountain mikes out there! The pizza was delicious and fresh n hot! the customer service was fast and amazing! Their manager Kevin was very professional! Store was very clean! Will be back again the next time I’m out in Lincoln!
Waited 40 min for my order tonight before going up and asking. There was only one other table sat in the otherwise empty restaurant. They had lost my order and evidently no employee wondered about the lone guy sitting there for almost an hour doing nothing. Got my money back and left. I checked the refund they gave me. They refunded the pizza but not the small beer I drank while I waited for them not to make my order ($9) nor the tip ($6). Had they did a courtesy refund of everything, I would not have left this review. I realize things happen but how tone deaf—it just pissed off an already irritated, but understanding customer. This is a lesson on how not to do customer service.

We order a combination pizza and cheese bread to go and the reason I gave it the 5 stars is because that has been by far one of the best Mountain Mike's pizzas we have had in a long time. Great job guys good crust and great tasting pizza !

First off, I apologize to the delivery driver for accidently ordering from the wrong MM. With that said, he was professional and polite even for having to drive out of the way. I didn't catch his name, but top notch customer service, even when the customer messed up. Food was great as always!

Old falling apart and dirty. I went in to order a large 2 topping pizza and she said itl be 58 dollars. I nearly laughed i thought she was kidding. A 58 dollar pizza? Sorry this isnt italy this place is wayyy over priced and it isnt not worth how much they are charging.
