Last minute dinner idea! We decided to do Papa Murphy's Pizza, the home of the Take and Bake! I haven't had their pizza in years, and the vegetarian pizza I had was delicious! Papa Murphy's is located in what is known as the Safeway parking lot. There are many other businesses around it, such as CVS, Golden One, a postal service, Sourdough & Company, and a few others. Their parking lot of huge! There is plenty of space to go around! When we pulled up, there was a spot right up front. We walked in, and we were greeted right away. We checked out their menu and decided on a chicken and bacon pizza with creamy garlic sauce... but then we did something crazy... we got it stuffed! Their stuffed crust pizzas have two layers, and to me, they are like a deep dish with a huge crust! The bottom layer was creamy garlic sauce with chicken and bacon, and the second layer is creamy garlic sauce with cheese, onions, and tomato. It looked so good! It was damn heavy! The 2 men that were working were fast and friendly. He had our pizza done in under 10 minutes. We got home and cooked that stuffed pizza with the directions given (350° for about 35 minutes...) I forgot to say that when we got home, we added pepperoni because I didn't want to pay the extra $2+ for the topping, plus I already had some(shhhh). It turned out super delicious, but after the first slice, you'll full as f, lol. So a large stuffed pizza easily feeds 10-12 people or takes a few days to finish and... who doesn't like leftover pizza??!! A+ all around. Top notch customer service.I am excited to get that vegetarian pizza again very soon!

I called and asked the employee that worked there if they closed at 8:30 cause that’s the time they have displayed on google. The guy said yes so I placed an order. I get there at 8:20 to pick it up and it’s closed. Cause on the door they said it closes at 8 everyday. I’m usually pretty calm and I understand mistakes can happen. But seriously you don’t know when you’re clocking out for the day. Like if I knew they closed earlier I would have went to another store cause I wasn’t available before 8 to pick it up. But now I come here after it closes and realize I can’t go to any other one.

Since when does this location close 20 minutes early? I am so disappointed to have driven out this far just for them to close early. The employee behind the counter was in his phone while the other employee mopped the floor. When asked if they were still open because it was odd, the employee mopping wasn't aware they were closing early. Please post new hours or put on website close 20 minutes early before closing time. Thanks.

I had an issue with the Papa Murphy's online ordering system. I went through the process of placing an order on an Amazon Fire HD tablet, a Google Pixel 4 Android phone and at the end of the process there was NO Place Order button. I finally was able to place the order using Place Order button on my PC. I went to pick up my two pizza's and everything was fine. However, to my surprise on my bank statement there were three identical charges, one for each of the device I tried to order through. (And I did not get the additional pizzas.)I have tried multiple times to get a refund for two of the orders but the franchise owners are doing nothing but ignore my requests.Be very careful ordering pizza using your mobile devices!

Decided to try the new calzones. I ordered plenty of time before they closed. One calzone looks incredible. One looks like...I mean really? I didn't notice because they placed the good looking one on top. By the time I got home and saw they had just closed. I'm really disappointed.

We go here at least once a Month , sometimes more.. The chicken with artichoke pizza is yummy. We've even served it to people who aren't artichoke eaters and they enjoyed it too.. love the thin crispy crust!

Absolutely amazing service and pizza was delicious! BUT another customer and I had to wait a minute to get inside the door as the automatic sliding glass door was broken and a male employee had to open it to let us in. Once he did, the three poor guys working there were working in extreme heat! Hellish conditions! At least 100° in there!!! That is not healthy for the employees or the customers! Please fix the AC and the door! Everything else was superb! The three gentlemen who were working, were very polite and efficient! Fast!! We need more people like those three in this world! Customer service was just amazing in a world where it is diminishing! That was today, 5/17, about 4:40pm. Thank you to those amazing employees! They deserve a raise!!

Worst experience. Placed an order for pick up at 2pm, walked in 245pm and the order was not even found. Then they informed me that the app doesn't print out orders. Okay, fine thats frustrating(they either need to block the app use for their store or check they're app orders). They say ten mins for a cheese pizza and cinnamon wheel?..I walked a back in ten minutes later to 3 fully loaded pizzas definitely not what I ordered. I ask again where is my order then they try to say we'll we didn't get it. Nope I showed them the screen shot I took of the order confirmation that I already paid for. There are no apologies just excuses and we'll it is what it is, we can't help that. I call bull and that they can't, they chose not to. Then they hand my cheese pizza and I get it home to bake and it's thin crust. Not what we ordered. All i wanted was what I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous experience. ?

This has been our favorite Papa Murphy's location for many years now. Everyone is friendly, they do a great job with customizing toppings and so easy to deal with - online ordering or by the phone. Am motivated to write because of the pizza we got last night. I don't know if they have changed their crust batter ingredients or mixing method but it was the best crust I have EVER had!! Big props to the pizza team there - it was so light and crispy - you guys have surpassed yourselves!!

A young girl had to remake my pizza because she put pepperoni on that I didn't order and then for some reason and some artichoke and green onions I didn't order as well. Hardly any mushrooms and black Olives that I did order. While I was for waiting for my remake, two customers came for their online orders that were wrong. She either can't read or doesn't know the ingredients. She also was nonstop taking to another employee and you could tell she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. First time I have gone there and had this experience. May be my last.
This place papa Murphy's in lincoln used to be the best. I noticed the last 6 months it has gone down hill, they used to have a great worker name Chris who worked there and he was always smiling and so friendly and helpful and just every time always gave great service and always had his co workers in a good mood smiling ,but the last time I have gone in they over charged for the side sauces and no one was smiling and just didn't feel the same . We miss Chris get that man back at all cost he was such a great worker are family misses seeing and getting great service when he was in charge. I think we will be driving an extra 5-10 mins to the rocklin papa Murphy's for the better service and prices but over all this used to be the best papa Murphy's by far it's still a fair place to go to but miss the old great customer service we used to get.

We love Papa Murphy's. Can buy the pizza when we're out. Cook it when we want. It's delicious, and hot. I always use the crispy crust method, where you take it off the cardboard and onto the oven rack after 10 minutes. I'm spoiled, don't think I'll do take out ever again.

This place papa Murphy's in lincoln used to be the best.
