Ordered a half Tuscany half chicken bacon ranch. Not tomato not onion not artichoke whatever. Called and guy on phone was saying we messed up. Second time in 2 weeks are order was wrong. Too many pizza places in Lincoln to worry about ordering from them.

I had to leave an amazing review for this place!! This place is honestly the best pizza in town, such a hidden gem. Previous delivery was amazing and fast. They always have great coupons. The workers are very kind and thhelpful pizza is amazing!! I’m surprised this place isn’t busy 24/7 because it’s SO good

Picked up a couple of pizzas for the 49r game today. Good pizza - very nice young man at the counter. I felt like a valued customer. I order several times through the football season - using the coupons they mail. The deals are really good! I sincerely hope there is some profit for them with the tight margins and costs these days.

The food was amazing and the service was really nice, I placed a large order and it was ready fast. The workers really make this place so great. I had a nice young man open the door for me on the way out because I had a few pizza boxes and could get it. He seems to always be there and is always very nice.
Update: this place is absolutely ridiculous. Go somewhere else. Never buying here again.Feb 11. 320pm Placed an uber eats order324pm called to confirm they see it. On hold for 3 mins, hung up on. Called back, the lady can't find the order and asks if I want to place one on the phone. Back and forth for several minutes with me saying I just want to confirm they see it and are making it.345, uber says it's ready.350, go inside, told its in the oven.355pm saw our food being made and asked if it was ours. After much hesitation they said yes, told us they havent even made it yet. We tell them to cancel it on their end as we are not waiting or getting charged for their mistakes. Told that they cannot cancel until the end of the day.403pm. Asking them to finish order as they can't prove we will not be charged if we leave and they 'cancel at the end of the day'While waiting another customer is told only one of their pizzas was made, the other wasn't even started. She was waiting before we showed, said she called that morning to specify pickup time.415pm: Got food.cheeze bread is the wrong size. As soon as they say that they mark it complete to give good uber timing stats (I assume) and it then takes longer than we were told for it to be ready.When I asked for a manager or somebody to talk about this I received an explanation as to why it happened. I don't care why. Don't have an ordering service like that if you can't get it done properly.

Vegetarian options: They have a decent variety of vegan and vegetarian options, however I feel like there is a lack of common sense when it comes to preparing specifically vegan pizza. If everything about the pizza is vegan, and you don't have the vegan cheese, DON'T SUBSTITUTE WITH REAL CHEESE.
Dietary restrictions: We ordered a pizza with all vegan ingredients. Most importantly we ordered the vegan cheese due to a dietary restriction with dairy. Apparently, they didn't have vegan cheese. We missed the phonecall from them to asking about a substitute, so instead they just put real cheese, leaving the entire pizza inedible for us. On top of this, we arrived before they were even finished making the pizza. They had another opportunity to clarify. After we got home and discovered the real cheese, they were only willing to credit back $7.50 and would not remake the pizza for us. It seems like pretty common practice in the restaurant industry, that if they make a mistake, they remake the food. We are very disappointed with this.

I didn’t want my receipt but I should’ve tooken it because maybe the name of the guy who gave me my order would’ve had his name on it I picked up at 5:58pm he was super nice i don’t know if he or someone else made my order but they forsure put their magic touch on it because it’s sooo good! ? thank you!
