I have dined at Panda Express before, just not this one. My wife and I have patronized Panda Express for take out near our home in Roseville. This restaurant is inside Thunder Valley casino.Its open late and the food was hot and tasty.There seemed to be fewer selections as compared to other Panda Express's but it was one in the morning.Orange chicken,walnut shrimp and other favorites were there to chose from.The rice was slightly undercooked but overall a good meal. busy place, like most other panda's the food is out to see what you are ordering, i can't say that i have had a bad dish. if you don't know if it's to hot, they let you take a sample which is nice.
