Raijin Ramen is a must-visit if you love ramen. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and every bowl is comforting and satisfying. You can really tell care goes into the food.

Our visit was more of a disappointment, mainly because the restaurant has a 5-star rating on the map, which naturally sets high expectations. That’s exactly why we decided to come.
Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the rating. The soup was not tasty, some ingredients seemed over-frozen, and the corn was pale and felt overcooked.
Overall, the food did not deliver the level of quality you would expect from a place with such a high rating.

This is a wonderful family owned spot. My family has eaten here four times already, and every visit has been consistently delicious. They start you off with a complimentary plate of pickled vegetables, which is a great touch and genuinely tasty.
We’ve worked our way through a lot of the appetizers and always come back to the seaweed salad, chicken karaage, and cream cheese rangoons. Every ramen we’ve tried has been excellent, especially the tonkotsu. The donburi dishes are fantastic as well. We’ve also had the beef, pork, and shrimp okonomiyaki, and all three were outstanding. To top it off, they give you free ice cream after your meal. Green tea chocolate or vanilla. An unexpected and appreciated bonus. Easy 10 out of 10 recommendation.

Raijin Ramen in Lincoln is such a great addition to town. They’ve been open since August, but this was our first time going in—and it definitely won’t be our last. Honestly, I already know we’ll be back within the next couple of weeks.
Henry was our server and he was awesome from the start. He welcomed us right away and was always around when we needed something without hovering. We ordered the gyoza (potstickers) to start, and they were a solid choice. For our main dishes, we both went with the Kara Miso Tonkotsu Ramen, and it did not disappoint. While we were waiting, Henry even brought out some sautéed veggies for us to snack on, which was such a nice and unexpected touch.
After we finished eating, Henry brought over complimentary green tea ice cream, and it was the perfect way to end the meal—just the right amount of sweetness.
We loved this place. I hear people in Lincoln all the time talking about wanting something new that isn’t just pizza or Mexican food, and Raijin is exactly that. I really hope people give it a shot—it’s absolutely worth it.

The food was great. We got there 20 minutes before they closed but they were super accommodating and did not pressure us to hurry. Definitely recommend Raijin Ramen if you're in the area. Super good!
