When it's busy they don't check on you until there caught up or someone new sits down next to you. They seem to get flustered when it gets busy.

Looks like private equity is ruining another good restaurant chain. Used to be big juicy burgers, now it's a sad, small, terrible looking thing for 18 bucks. Yes, the brown stuff was supposedly fresh avocado.
All you can eat fries? Sure if you wanna wait 20 minutes for them to bring one basket with 14 fries (yes we counted) for a table of 4. The server was nice, but that doesn't make up for the terrible food.
And no Red Robin, I'm not going to email or call to discuss it. I mean c'mon, you know...

Very disappointed in this location. We arrived on Saturday, February 15th at approximately 11:30 a.m.. there was no one available to seat us so we waited and waited along with another couple that came in after us. Finally, a waitress came over and said that she was also seating people. I was very surprised at how unprofessional she was dressed. She literally look like she had just rolled out of bed, wearing old jeans and a dirty and stained hoodie sweatshirt. Her badge was crooked and she looked like she just didn't care. We asked for a booth and we're seated at an extremely small one and asked for something a bit larger so we would have room for our food. She sighed and took us to one right next to the bathrooms (ugh) even though there were plenty of others available. There was literally only two tables in the whole restaurant going at the time that we got there so they were not busy at all . After waiting about 10 minutes with no one walking up to help us, we just said to heck with it and left. We haven't been to Red Robin in a long time and I'd actually been looking forwards to it. It's a shame because this looks like a nice location but they need to get it together with their staff. We just walked out.

Ordered the Bleu Ribbon Burger and it took at least 35 min for the food to come. The fries and burger were cold too. I had to wait another 30 min to pay my bill. The waitress was nice and I can tell she’s busy going back and forth other tables, but the wait time for the food and bill is unacceptable.

I took my mother here the other day and we were extremely disappointed. My mom got the new jalepeno heatwave burger ($20) and it was NOT what the picture showed or even as described. To start is had MAYBE a teaspoon of guacamole on it that was smashed into the bun and it was completely brown as if the guacamole was sitting out all day. The "crispy fried jalepenos " were non existent and overall the entire burger was inedible. My mom took a bite and couldn't force herself to finish. So we basically paid $20ish for 2 small servings of fries and trashed the burger. I was more upset because it was my first time at this location and I usually love red robin. Based off of the quality of the food I don't think we will be back.

Waited twenty minutes plus for an Internet order said to be ready at a pre-set time. I was ignored, as I watched the clock tick by and watched my food grow cold on a back shelf. When I inquired about my order I was told "it had just come out" when clearly it had not. The overworked hostess was rude and clearly couldn't be bothered. I watched her tell people there was a wait time for tablets and then snicker with her co-workers that there really wasn't...

Yeah, not so much a fan.

Consistancy in food is valuable when planning a family outing,
We showed up with 12 in out party, yeah it was pricey but well worth it for the family and making memories.
The staff was awesome as always.
We did have issue with one menue item but they fixed us up pretty quick

This red robin gets busy but never really crowded which is nice. Try there speckled lemonade, even come with vodka for adults.

I keep hoping this location will improve because I do enjoy the burgers, but at this point, it's been years without improvement.

Every time we dine here (in-house or take out) they get something in our order wrong. My last visit was take out and I arrived right after my order should have been ready for pick up and then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be completed and delivered to my car. The time before that was in-house and they just never brought our appetizer. Times before that included incorrect ingredients on burgers, forgotten items, incorrect charges on the receipt, and absurdly long wait times.

What this location lacks in service it doesn't make up much in atmosphere. I understand it's a family location and people bring their kids - heck, I've brought my kids too - but it seems their typical patrons have given up on any hint of getting their children to behave at all. Compounding this is that the unruly crowd tends to leave significant mess on the floors and tables which doesn't seem to get cleared away in a timely manner or very thoroughly.

Overall the food is pretty good. I'd order for take out, but don't be shocked if you arrive home to a meal that wasn't what you ordered.
