Consistancy in food is valuable when planning a family outing,
We showed up with 12 in out party, yeah it was pricey but well worth it for the family and making memories.
The staff was awesome as always.
We did have issue with one menue item but they fixed us up pretty quick

I always enjoy RR but they need to have more wait staff. Our poor waitress had so many tables assigned to her. If we needed anything, it was 10 minutes before she got back to us. I felt sorry for her.

Disappointed by last visit. Burgers delivered to our table lukewarm at best , and fries were completely cold. Meals were replaced at our request, but the replacement fries looked and tasted like the first batch were dumped back in the oil to reheat. Brown and cooked to the point the fries were hollow inside. Restaurant was not busy. Don't know if quality has gone downhill or it was just a bad day. Been a Red Robin fan for years and with only a couple of misses, most visits...
