The coconut soup was watered down. Best Thai food so far is Khobkoon. Just far. Plus I wanted to try this place. Now I have.

We had dinner at Rum Thai for the first time and were impressed. They were very busy (including a team party) but they service was still remarkable. The food came out steaming hot and was incredible. It is our new go to Thai restaurant.
Best Thai food in Northern California!
Great everything! Loved their potstickers. I had the ramen bowl and my husband had the katsu chicken. Both very good
“I work at La Belle Nails in this center, and I always come here for lunch. The service is always great and the food is delicious. Highly recommend!
I do not recommend this restaurant, and here is why. I used to love this place but the last two times we ordered here, the food was lacking flavor in every dish. Today was no exception. It almost felt like they are watering down all their sauces and broths. The first time I convinced my bf that it was a fluke, but today we ordered wonton soup, veggie delight with pork, chicken pad Thai, papaya salad, and mango curry.
- Papaya salad was just sour. All we tasted was rice vinegar. No other flavor. And had just two lonely shrimp on top.
- Wonton soup: broth needed salt and tasted watered down
- veggie delight with pork: pork was VERY dry, flavorless, and the veggies did not taste like a stir fry but more like boiled. It was very bland. VERY bland. Oh and it all was floating in the veggie juices or broth? I’m not sure.
- chicken pad Thai tasted very very mild on the typical pad Thai flavor. And I LOVE pad Thai. It Tasted almost like regular tomato sauce. Noodles were overcooked and mushy. The lime wedge was already squeezed out and just placed in the corner.
- mango curry was not full of flavor as it should have been. Also was very bland.
Needless to say, we were very disappointed. The entire meal was $110 but definitely was not worth it. I doubt we will ever be brave enough to go risk it again and pay that kind of money to eat there. I was truly bummed because I was really craving Thai food and convinced my bf to give that place another try.

Been craving Thai and everything was good. Prices however were quite higher than what I am used to for same quality. Around $70 for Tom kha soup, crab cheese ragoons, 1 pudding, pineapple rice, and tempura appetizer…. Couldn’t afford to go here often need to find something more reasonable
Great food! Ive gotten take out from here a few times and it never disappoints. Food is always made timely and tastes so good. The service is excellent. I love their Tom Yum, it’s so tasty with the right amount of spice. You should definitely stop by if you are looking for good, quality food :)
