Have been loving SF BAY COFFEE for a few years. I get it at COSTCO (100 pods). I recently purchased a new KEURIG machine & suddenly my coffee was getting grounds in the cup. I contacted them & they told me to push the coffee with my thumb before brewing...this stopped the grounds (that particular box had coffee that seemed tight/hard in the pod). The new coffee maker had nothing to do with it. They asked me a few questions about what I had. Within one week they sent me a new box at no charge! This new box is perfectly fine! Thank you SF BAY COFFEE for the best tasting coffee & such amazing customer service!

Seriously the best coffee!! The customer service people are fantastic and easy to get in touch with! They respond quick! I had an issue with Amazon and they fixed it 10 times over. Thinking I should just get directly from the company from now on!! If you haven’t tried their coffee please do you’ll never look anywhere else!!❤️❤️

Great coffee, always consistent quality and flavor. My favorite is the French Dark roast. I get whole bean and the keurig pods, which are compost friendly ( even the packaging bags ). Another plus is they're somewhat local being in Lincoln.

Their coffee is the best! We've been ordering it for years. We recently ordered some through Amazon. When one bag had a problem, Amazon wouldn't replace it or give a refund, so we emailed the company, and they quickly sent us a replacement.

I have a coffee problem. It is San Francisco Bay's fault. After trying their Fog Chaser blend I was addicted to it. Then my local source stopped carrying their coffees. I found out that I could have it sent directly and at a lower cost. Now I get an automatic shipment every five weeks.

Terrible Keurig pod design! Very frustrating brewing experience. The pods are too short to be punctured by the Keurig 5 needles. Their website says they offer an "adapter" to use with the pods to help raise the pods to allow better puncture but the adapter was not in the box. Apparently I can call and they'll mail an adaptor... but how does that help brew my coffee this morning? I DO NOT recommend K-Cups from this company.

Taste great 5 star. But pod don't work correctly in my keurig like the rim of pod isn't tall enough or it's too skinny. As the keurig doesn't poke hole all the way into pod.

We've been enjoying San Fran Fog Chaser Coffee for many years. We began ordering the Fog Chaser version in their recyclable K-cups.About 5 years ago, we upgraded by buying, whole bean coffee, by the bag, delivered every four weeks.Our tastes, had matured and outgrew the K-cup. We now enjoy grinding their fresh roasted beans, just before brewing, each morning. Then were rewarded with the incredible aroma as it brews and then enjoying the taste, smoothness of each an every cup.
